Not that much of the audience watches the feeds anyway, so whatever your opinion on the live feed (and it will differ according to biases) people will vote on the HLs. And it's pretty obvious that James was pushed heavily in the edit. He would have been nearly invisible if they hadn't put in those outdated childish skits (which we'd seen on the British version years and years ago).

It was clear that they had NOTHING to show about James besides his embarrassing pranks. Thats why they showed the same stuff over and over. They couldnīt even use his DR stuff because there was nothing that was the least bit interesting. I donīt even remember him being much on the show before he evicted Clay. Thats when they started to push him. Before that he wasnīt relevant at all. And it was pretty obvious that he was going to win that endurance comp with his size. After Clays eviction he went straight back to being a moron.
I am still shaking my head at how stupid he is. John told him about scamper squad and he ignored it. A few days later he saw Austin and Steve whispering and he ran to John telling him that he thinks they are working together. John was "umm, i already told you that". I just canīt. Meg and him are made for each other.

I'm glad you guys enjoyed Dr. Doofus. I was annoyed by him and found him boring and far from entertaining. As to the vote, I wasn't able to vote for a couple of days and couldn't be bothered to vote 20 times a day. James still won so I'm still happy he did.

James made some pretty nasty comments about women with his buddy Jeff. Interesting that they never made the show.

I love JMac. Not really annoyed that he didn't win AFP. He is going to have a good time from this show. Happy for Steve as well. Always nice to see a superfan win.

My main problem was that James won it, not that Johnny Mac didn't (it's just he was in the top 3 and so considered a contender and one I would have preferred).

Yeah of course John is happy no matter what. He doesnīt need the money. But he is a superfan and he would have really appreciated it if he won i think. But he is loved outside and not hated like Austwins, thatīs at least something.

Yeah James can be really unlikeable when he is with certain people. He always had a bit of a little men syndrom when he won hoh.

He actually does need the money, he talked on the feeds about all his loans.

He needs 600k so 25k donīt really matter much. As we all know he has a job where he can earn a lot of money anyway. Of course he would have been happy with the 25k but thats not the reason why i wanted him to win it.

Its true. James got the AFP edit, John got nothing.
You could've fooled me!

No game play to be had by him, yet he was featured from start to finish, and we got all of his opinions shoved down our throats in the DR despite him not knowing anything about what was actually going on in the house. He got a more than generous edit, come on now.

Okay but they pushed John just as heavily, if not more so, in the edit so I don't get what your point is. It was never going to be anyone other than James or John, and I am sooooo beyond satisfied that it was James rather than the boring af John, whose only contribution was shouting in the DR and reading from cue cards in his fake wacky voice. He's useless.

It's not that big a deal. Some people found John annoying and boring and preferred James which is why he won.

If anything in the beginning John was getting the AFP edit. The cringy things he would say to Julie when she asked them questions during live shows. The guy had no personality whatsoever and relied on being told what to say in the DR and then put on that annoying voice. Things started to get awkward when they stopped providing him material and he was all "I don't have anything funny to say, just vote for me....he he he he"
Thinking about it now, I suspect John's two highly awkward eviction interviews with Julie also played a part in this. The moment he said he would work to evict Meg of all possible people if he reentered the house you could somehow feel a large section of BB viewers cringe.

Obviously i was talking about his edit right when the voting started because THATS when the edit really can influence. James got 3 sections, James and Meg, James and his pranks, James and Clay fight. John got nothing special.

As i said many times before, its hard to make any game moves when you donīt win HOH. And he lost many of them just because he was unlucky. Also he was in F6 with a 5 person alliance. There is not much to do for him when all his allies are gone and he is sitting there with the scamper squad.

From his point of view it was logical to go after Meg first because he knew that James/Meg were teaming up with Austwins. Than it would have been those 5 against Steve and him. Also he told Meg about scamper squad before he got evicted and she ran to Austin and told him everything. So he knew that he could never work with her. Meg/James never even tried to work with John either, that wasnīt just Johns fault that they never teamed up.

Quite a few were probably happy, Meg being allowed to get to the end would have been as bad as Victoria getting to the final 3 the previous year. Meg made me cringe every time I saw her speaking with the jury.

It really wouldn't have been that bad though. Meg had a pretty good social game going for her and had a good read on house dynamics. She's not nearly as useless as people and the show try to make her out to be.

As for John, he didn't lose many HOHs because he was unlucky, he threw so many Comps just because people asked him to. He went along with whatever plan was presented to him and had no game of his own. It's not an issue of his allies being gone and him having nothing to do, it's that he didn't really make many good relationships in the first place so he didn't have many allies at any point in the game. His game was pretty bad.
