If you're going to call people vacuous, learn how to spell 'despair'

lol haha, because James said it, and Austin, and the entire BB crew, etc etc etc. Normally friendship is about positive qualities; otherwise that's not a friend is it. As far as I know, unless I walked in my sleep, time travelled, or something like that, I haven't been with James in the house.

I don't believe James could have been anymore honest and clear with Austin about how he viewed their relationship at this point.”

going by the full bromance thing. They're behaving as best friends ... very physical/affectionate, man tubs often, sleeping next to each other, always together/sharing stuff.

In 'American', however, seemingly, he should have said..oh that's OK because your my fwiend..take that to include a rape or a murder and see how it pegs out............”

I disagree. The British are known for being very loyal and decent. Perfectly possible to be that and also work through any issues, but the way James has done things was unnecessarily brutal, as is your reference to rape/murder.

no best friends I know have ever known behave that way, at least not male ones, it's more couple behavior

plus James said he didn't even know the guy, the more cynical might suggest James using him for the show, while Austin has a genuine crush

What are you disagreeing with exactly because i never said anything about the British?
Why do you think my examples unnecessarily brutal ..if you take the view you support someone no matter what then they are unfortunately all too valid which is my point.

James is another empty, vacuous winner. Pretty boy who did nothing, kept his fake bromance going to get the gay vote and then stuck the knife in his friend multiple times. But sadly he wins the dumb housewife/teenage girl vote.

I think he has been a fun HM. I never really understand it when people say HM's have done nothing, what are they supposed to do exactly ?

James's 'my grandad taught me right from wrong' seems to be missing any kind of lessons about care, loyalty, and listening, as James has actually stomped all over Austin, and I do not feel he is at all a worthy winner. The only thing I feel would actually redress the balance is if Austin won. Austin has brought something new and positive to BB, and has clearly made a journey and learnt a lot; James hasn't, but instead has just been stubborn, disloyal, resistant, all the things you rightly list. It's James has lessons to learn, as it's Austin teaching HIM about listening, care, loyalty and positive change. The person in the most pain in the house was Austin, and James most certainly hasn't stood by him.”

Austin to win too, nice post.
👍👍👍

The way I read and understood the earlier post, I think the reference was that, the way James did things were unnecessarily brutal, NOT YOU.
