Well, she had to really. No point going to the press first and then hanging back from the rule of law.
glad she's doing this, and very concerning that she was hit with such force that it caused whiplash. Glad she had an MRI.
I wonder who she is pressing charges against? The article says that she is 'persuing legal action against those involved'
The article says that Vicki had concussion. In one of her interviews she said her daughter stayed with her in case she had concussion, not that she had it, and didn't mention whiplash.

In her video interview earlier she said she was thinking about going back to the doc as she was concerned, maybe she's had a diagnosis now?
There's a couple of other inconsistencies though with her video interview...

It just must be a really confusing time for her at the moment. I know if I'd been involved in that melee and got hurt as a result I'd be walking around in a daze for at least a few days.

So just because you have hair that makes it OK? I suspect it hurt just as much.

Poor Vicki was hit by a glass thrown (with extreme force) by Farrah, not a chair thrown by Janice.
