It states at the end of Article Vicky would not name her attacker. I take that as being only one person

And if Vicky threw a glass at Farrah and hit her on the head what do you think that outcome would result in?

It would have been an international incident that would have made the WMD debacle pale into insignificance.

You are so correct there Penny.

Farrah is sick enough to take the view that any publicity is good publicity. Hope they throw (poor choice of words.....) the book at her and set the bail at a high enough level that she won't flee the country.

The only claims we have which come from 3 people are that Janice only threw a chair at Farrah to stop her throwing more glass.

I knew Farrah would be in trouble. Its assault. You simply don't throw glass towards people's faces. I cannot believe anyone would even defend it. Regardless of who started what it was Farrah who tried to cause actual bodily harm. That's the key difference

Farrah could easily make charges against Ashleine for abusive language, provocation and maybe affray. I don't excuse Farrah, but this could end up many lawsuits - not just Vicky's.

I'll bet the bosses at Big Brother could be scared of the fall out from this also.

F. Abrahams needs to learn the valuable lesson that it is not reasonable behaviour or legal to throw a glass at anyone. That her actions resulted with an innocent bystander being hit in the head with the glass and that her actions were illegal and that she should be charged with assault.
The irrefutable evidence of the filming of this assault upon Vicki Michelle should indeed be prosecuted by the Crown Prosecution Service and the only verdict in the face of the evidence of V. Michelle witness testimony being supported by the video footage and other corroborating eye witness statement and if it she does testify and then the video shows F. Abrahams throwing a glass that hits V Michelle in the head, the only verdict that can be returned is guilty.
People need to learn that actions have consequences and that you cannot go around committing assault just because you are unable to control yourself.
All the best

For sure.
the very least you are going to have a panel so tepid it wont be worth bothering.
IMHO its going to mean a format like BBLB back. Dropping the panel and just have individual guests and maybe evictee vs studio audience.

there's no way they will carry on the format from this insurance wise alone simply wont cover it. you jump through hoops to get cover as it is

Good, Vicki is doing the right thing because if she lets it go Farrah won't have learned anything and next time she could kill or seriously maim someone!

Whiplash lol. Perhaps not the most intelligent choice of injuries to declare as a result of a wine glass weighing a couple of ounces hitting you. A plank of wood. Yes. A wine glass hmm.

Whiplash is caused by the sudden movement of head backwards/forwards - it has nothing to do with the weight of anything.

She's probably suing C5. That's where the money is.

To be fair throwing a chair isn't great either is it?

"She whacked the glass hard like a discus"

How does she know how it was thrown if she was looking the other way

Well she is 64 and had a glass smash on her head! It is easy to see her getting concussion and even whiplash.

It was being recorded. They watched the playback.

Presumably she watched the footage, along with the crew, after the incident.

She also had champagne thrown in her eyes by Aisleyne's initial attack too apparently... poor woman, wasn't her day

Wasn't she 'rushed' to hospital

Damn these pesky inconsistencies

I've been back and re-watched Vicki's video interview and I made a mistake...she didn't go to the hospital at the time, she was just urged to (very reckless by the BB paramedic imo - if he was any good he would have insisted). So I presume since the interview but before this article she's seen the doc, been to hospital, and had an MRI.

Think that's just legal speak to cover themselves and not to make it obvious until the investigation's concluded. It's possible e.g. that Jenna egged her on.
