Yep. It should be a wake-up call for all the viewers as well, the producers are just catering to an audience who seem to thrive on an ever increasing spiral of aggressive confrontation. We are all complicit if we carry on watching. Each series it gets that little bit worse and each series there's more and more people lining up to support and excuse the most nasty, aggressive and violent HMs.

Give her a break. The whole incident must have confused the living crappola out of her.

You simply don't throw glass towards people's faces. I cannot believe anyone would even defend it. Regardless of who started what it was Farrah who tried to cause actual bodily harm. That's the key difference”

So is throwing champagne at someone you've only just met...
And as Aisleyne said she was going to do it on twitter beforehand it was a 'premeditated assault'...
And as BB booked her to appear despite Aisleyne saying what she was going to do they are responsible of knowingly putting Farrah in a situation where she was going to get assaulted.
Not too sure if Farrah's the one in trouble here

No she wasn't, I've just been back and re-watched the Mirror video interview, it's an easy mistake to make (and I do so on first watch and posted it on here) from what she says, but it seems she just went home and has been to the doctor since.

But in that video she says 'they' (the production team) re-watched the footage... not her herself. They didn't call her into the control room & say get a load of this Vick

Throwing champagne is assault?

Lucky it was Cava then, whew

I really think someone should let Lewis Hamilton know as well, he must be looking at a long enough stretch already

Maybe now they'll stop casting aggressive people for every series and doing everything possible to encourage them to fight?

Nah, of course they won't.

If I as a stranger to you started aggressively telling you to get on a plane & f*ck off home then threw champagne at you (an aggressive act), you could pretty much do what you want to defend yourself from my hostile attack & I would be seen as aggressively instigating the situation with a stranger

As far as Vicki is concerned she is a complete victim in all of this so she doesn't have to prove who started it or who is more culpable. However as for Ais's and Farrah's actions (I'm leaving Janice out as I'm baffled at her involvement ) it mentions in the article that Vicky was soaked in Ais's champers and that Vicky will be taking legal action against those involved. I'm assuming Farrah's a cert but it could include Ais, Janice maybe and or BB.

Yes it is.. as is spitting at someone etc.

Try throwing drinks at strangers on your next night out and see how you get on

From what I've gleaned Janice turned into some sort of lion tamer. I can hear her now.......'back Simba' as she thrusts the chair in Farrah's general direction.

That's not what i asked, I said if you threw some water or wine at me from 6 - 10 foot away you'd be totally cool with me smashing a glass into your head because it would be YOUR fault.

So it looks like production are going to escape, despite the fact they knew it would most likely kick off between Aisleyne and Farrah and they (production) did everything possible to stoke it all up and encourage it

Totally unacceptable that yet again someone else is maybe going to cop it all because of their obsession about getting a Fight Night of their own
how does a champagne glass cause concussion?
http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/v...linded-6502906 it states in the article that she had the base of the glass whacked on her head.

I am glad she's pressing charges. She went on the panel as a guest, and ended up caught in a crossfire. They need to stop giving guests alcohol..

I pointed out an inconsistency here -
'How does she know how a glass was thrown if she was looking the other way'
http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showp...5&postcount=41

Then someone said maybe she watched it with the production crew afterwards.

I said 'But wasn't she 'rushed' to hospital'... which you replied to.

But I'm putting it in the SAME context as it was it done in !!
Not the bullshit 'throwing champagne at someone is not as bad as throwing a glass at someone' line that the Aisleyne apologists/Farrah haters have been spewing for the last day
