To be fair, as more and more USB Type-C phones come to market, this could be a problem when using a Lightning cable and vice-versa, particularly when using a USB Type-C car charger.

Also, following a recent update to enable functionality similar to the iOS swipe-down-then-wipe-right, here's a good tip for Android users who have trouble finding their apps:

1. Install the Google app.
2. Install Google Now Launcher.
3. Press and hold the launcher button.
4. Type the app name!
