Errr ..... what behaviour did James display?
In the house he was nothing but calm, thoughtful, well reasoned and conducted himself on the whole in a civil respectful and dignified manner.

IF you are referring to stuff he did years ago .... maybe he's done his penance and learnt from his mistakes, learnt to control his temper and emotions and has become a better person for it - as 'displayed' during his time in the house.

I voted for Austin a few times last night. I am sorry but the criticism he got from BB viewers was not fair. Austin was real and loyal as a friend to James and for James to nominate him was low in my eyes. I was also motivated to vote when he lost his letter after Janice messed up the task and jumped of to answer the phone, She got her letter but no one seemed to care about Austin and imagine if the role was reversed and he cost Janice her letter. He was respectful and lovely to Sherrie and I think he sees through the Bull.. Finally his moment with James when he said he loved James like a brother was beautiful and summed him up. I wish him well for the future. Gorgeous man.

Yeah. You keep up that James hate.

What's REALLY interesting is your comment about criminals. So a person makes a mistake - are they REALLY NOT in your tiny worldview - allowed redemption OR to put it behind them OR to engage in so much as a scrap of personal improvement.

I think to be honest, its YOUR character that's been revealed here over James'. Your attitude is extremely shallow and rather reprehensible.

Well said.

I presume the OP doesn't watch much TV or many films, seeing as our screens are littered with actors/presenters/singers/etc who have a criminal record. Fortunately, in our supposed civilised society, one is supposed to pay for your crime and be able to better oneself.

It's unfortunate that, in the current climate in this country of encouraging sections of society to look down on other sections of society, we are becoming a much less forgiving and empathetic people.

You mean the American who's sworn off his own country (and who's own country probably responded to that with a "who are you again and why do we care?")
