Why would Austin's husband be angry that he was talking about James? Most of the questions were about James. Most of James' questions were about Austin. Many of everyone else's questions were about James and Austin. It would have looked odd if he had refused to discuss James.

During his stay in the house he often spoke about his husband and he clearly loves not just him but his family too.

I'm sorry but I think if people are ok with their partner sharing a bed with somebody else, then those people are in the minority.

Sharing a bed with somebody is an intimate thing to do, especially if it's 28 nights on the trot. I'm not saying that this applies to everybody obviously - I've shared beds with my friends when we've gone away for weekends & stuff like that, but we don't flirt, we don't have that chemistry, so it's not a problem.

Austin & James had real chemistry - THAT'S the problem.

Did you see much intimacy between them? I didn't - I saw friends

Just as his husband spoke often of how much he was enjoying watching Austin AND James on twitter throughout the series ..... but let's not allow actual facts get in the way

I saw chemistry & lots of it. I saw them spending lots of time together & being very comfortable in each other's company. I saw the hurt on their faces when they rowed. I saw them being very tactile with each other.

Basically, what I'm saying is that if Austin wasn't married, I think he'd be openly admitting his feelings for James. James might be a little more secretive because he has fallen for somebody who is not his usual gender of choice.

Jurys still out as far as i'm concerned. I don't think he's fully aware but the alarm bells in all the senses go off in any heterosexual man who gets that close to another man.
Being tucked up in a bed with another man with the heat / naked skin / smell for night after night is just not a pleasant environment and any straight man that tells you otherwise is lying. It is why men choose not to sleep in the same bed as other men. Maybe a night or two but you would crack and remove yourself from the situation, purely for some relief from the discomfort of the whole setup.

We certainly can I saw the chemistry too but saw it as friendship - I didn't see any lust from either of them - I think we would have done if it was there. But boy we were spoiled with those two fine specimens lol - Give em their own show PLEASE

^Yes. James & Austin stayed in the same bed because they WANTED to & they liked it. Even Natasha joked that there were plenty of other beds for James if he wanted to sleep alone but he chose to stay in bed with Austin.

There's nothing wrong with sharing a bed with a mate, but usually it's something that might be done out of necessity, not out of choice - like if there's a group of guys away for the weekend & there's a shortage of beds. There was no shortage of beds in the CBB house.

It wouldn't bother me. In fact my relationships have always been fairly loose in that respect. I hate the idea of keeping a caged bird (or indeed of being a caged bird) and prefer a partner who is free to roam and chooses to come back to me. Morality isn't an absolute thing it is very individual.

The thing is we all have different levels of tolerance and apply that tolerance in different ways. My intolerance is when people impose their expectations on others (me!) in the manner of "Her partner should be angry" or "He is disrespecting his partner" or She is her best friend". I don't feel that any outsider has the right to make such pronouncements or to impose their moral code on others.

What qualifies you to speak for every heterosexual man?

I really wish Austin wasn't married because I hate cheating & I hate partners being hurt, but I truly believe that these two have fallen for each other. Maybe I'm getting carried away, but I found them captivating to watch. I want Jaustin to happen so badly! It would be the sweetest story to ever come out of a BB series (if there wasn't a husband in the picture).

Why can't a gay guy and a straight guy have a fun, close relationship like they did without people reading so much into it? If two female friends, regardless of sexuality, shared a bed in there (as has happened frequently on the normal series) does that mean they are secretly in love?

I'm sorry, I missed the bit when he cheated on his husband with James.

Even then, there'd be a wall of pillows from the top of your head to the tip of your toes if they were available. It's just not pleasant to be tucked under the sheets with another man.

Feline - this may be a personal thing for you I don't know - but Austin DID NOT cheat - not in anyway. I respect what you perceive but I don't think that is what was happening Feline. I think by needing to see it the way you do - you are taking something very pure and deep and making it into sleaze and it wasn't Feline, Jake Austin's husband had no problem with it by reading his tweets

I remember Austin saying the other day that he would leave his Husband for James.

I'm sure that would go down well.

It must be devastating to hear someone say that.

You're like the perfect BB viewer The camera pans onto a face whilst something of significance is being said and though their facial expression may just be in repose It Means Something They are telling you it means something by showing his face.

Anyway what about the lovely, warm and full of chemistry (Chloe + Stevi take note) hug and kiss after Austin's interview? Oh and in his interview on BOTS when Austin confirmed he's still married and that he is a monogamous relationship.

Just about everything else is being played out in people's prurient minds

You do understand that not every man has as many hang-ups as you, right?

Observation and personal experience. I've been in many situations where the events/holidays i have attended have been exclusively male. I have yet to come across a situation where any of my friends/teammates would choose to sleep in the same bed. Straight men find close contact with other men repugnant, irrespective of any high jinx that may go on in changing rooms etc. Infact i have been witness to one occasion where it turned to fisticuffs because an individual took it too far.
