I don't understand all the hatred for BBOTS. It's perfectly suited to the show and Rylan is an excellent presenter. You might not like him but he's very good at the job. BB is a piece of fluff these days and it's just a bit silly to expect anything else from the supporting show. What do you want? Jeremy Paxman??

That chap in the Union Jack suit with glasses and dyed hair who has been showing up on these sidekick BB shows ever since the beginning 15 years ago seems especially sad and tragic to me. Is his life that empty? It's OK to like the show but come on, get a life!

Why the hell is this on for an hour and a half tonight? There isn't that much to keep regurgitating.

It's not Rylan i have a problem with. It's the bad guests, annoying audience, stupid segments and just how irritating the whole show is.

I used to love Dermot on BBLB. Much more amusing and interesting and more snippets and exclusives

To be fair Rylan was talking about the fact that he faced up to behaving badly.

The problem is that it is untrue. I saw lots of self-pity and excuses but I did not see contrition.

Nor did I see him being warned about his behaviour.

I see a lot of PR but not much honesty about what went on in this series.
