Yeah, but 10% is still a huge difference. James fans wouldn't be the only ones voting when Emma said that, Austin fans would be too. She was told to lie, just like the last few series.

45 people voted for James then.

Thank god it's over.

Perhaps they'll finally get the message and chuck each other now.

Yes, them getting less than 2% was fabulous. Stevi probably got 1.81%.

I was surprised when she said less than 2% as I thought James would win by a big margin.

With Stevi and Chloe only getting just under 2% of the vote, you gotta wonder how they avoided eviction as often as they did.

I guess it's quite possible that a huge surge occurred for James in that last section I suppose, possibly supporters of others as they got evicted doing an 'anyone but Austin' vote.

I wish they released more detailed analytics of the voting over the whole 48 hours - it would be much more interesting to see than just a straight, final percentage, and might give a little more insight into the motivations behind them.

Personally I'm disappointed he didn't beat Patrick Bateman but I suppose Bateman has that studied charm that comes so natural to those of his ilk Ultimately I'm just glad that Austin gave him a good run for his money

I personally cannot see Natasha being that far behind both Austin and James!

Maybe as a previous poster implied, it would be possible if the voting was extremely low.
It would be hard to swing thousands of votes in a matter of minutes, but if it was a few hundred you probably could.

How on earth did Chloe/Stevi only get 1.82% after surviving all those evictions? wtf!
Were their fans just exhausted or something? Maybe when they momentarily broke up they crushed the dreams of the nation.

Strange though how the other 'fake couple' were the final 2. *scratches head* I guess that's what some abs will do for you.

Rylan repeated the 'it was such an amazingly close vote guff' on BBOTS too.

Unless there really are only a few hundred people voting now.

Yeah, Rylan said to Austin that he missed out winning by such a small percentage. I want to see the voting percentages for this year's civilian BB.

Bromance domination.”

But why would Emma lie, which would mean she said something she knew was false?

Or why would BB have her say something false (without letting her know it was false) and then release numbers that showed it was false?

Where does bbspy supposedly get the numbers from?

Or the claimed numbers aren't the true ones.

If C5 hasn't officially released the numbers, I'm not inclined to trust what's claimed on the internet.

Actual voting numbers would be more revealing than the percentages I think.

Why is everyone (apart from Veri) just automatically believing these percentages without even asking where BBSpy supposedly got them from?

Well if the voting was VERY low then a change of 10% odd could happen very quickly.

So releasing the figures after saying there was 2% in it (if both are true) would indicate a handful of obsessives pressing redial.

Voting is extremely low nowadays for Big Brother. That is why the evictions are now at least 4 housemates and often more, rather than the straight up top 2, or maybe 3 as used to be, in order to try and gain more revenue from callers behind or against certain people. I certainly wouldn't waste my time voting under any circumstances.

I'm only guessing but I'd be very surprised if they get 200,000 votes for the final to share between all the housemates, which might mean James got 90,000 to win out of it maybe? That would equate to Sherrie and Stevie/Chloe only getting about 3,000 each. But that's a wild estimate.

Well there is a difference between believing and imagining them to be true.
It's fun to screw with reality now that we don't have the highlights show editors to do it for us.

I'm not really good with numbers but ................how can there only be one set of figures?

Surely it would change each time as the lines closed wouldn't it?

It would be interesting to see the percentages at the first freeze - if Sherrie had stayed in (for instance) I'm guessing she may have got more votes after the first freeze and therefore her percentage of votes would have increased.

Surely Sherries and Chlovi have very low percentages as they were eliminated after round one.

^^ It makes sense to me but perhaps I'm over complicating things. Figures can be deceiving.
