God knows why you're all saying Emma lied, it would have been the producers who provided that statistic.

Wouldn't that be deemed as fraudulent or the television equivalent? I don't think that should be allowed

It would be interesting to see the percentages at the first freeze - if Sherrie had stayed in (for instance) I'm guessing she may have got more votes after the first freeze and therefore her percentage of votes would have increased.

Surely Sherries and Chlovi have very low percentages as they were eliminated after round one.

^^ It makes sense to me but perhaps I'm over complicating things. Figures can be deceiving.”

You're right

Natasha could have been closer to Austin when third place was announced. But then her vote line was closed so she ended up with 12% of complete votes cast.

Same with Stevi and Chloe they could've been closer to Bobby etc and they have a reduced vote % overall as they're line closed after the first vote and this just shows us how many votes they received out of all votes cast for the final

Me either. Where did these figures come from?

Are they from BB themselves?

from here

Quote:
“After Natasha Hamilton left in third place during tonight’s live final show, host Emma Willis stated that less than 2% of the vote separated James and runner-up Austin Armacost.

Since then, C5 bosses have issued details for all six finalists – with James securing a 45.16% share of the vote, while Austin had 33.83%, suggesting that this announcement may have triggered a last-minute surge of support for the former Apprentice star.

According to a press release from the broadcaster, the “percentages cast for each of the finalists at the close of each vote tonight” was as follows:

James: 45.16%
Austin: 33.83%
Natasha: 12.57%
Bobby: 5.09%
Chloe Jasmine and Stevi: 1.82%
Sherrie: 1.54%”

Oh right.

Thank you👍

Chloe and Stevie

Makes you wonder how they managed to survive 3 evictions with this kind of support!

Kevin O'Sullivan on The Wright Stuff is suggesting the voting wasn't close at all and he saw the voting figures and Emma told porkies.

Do you think Emma just decided by herself to say "there's only 2% in it!" Isn't it much more likely she was told in her ear by a producer "there's only 2% in it."

And these are percentages of the total final vote, not the percentages at the time it was just James, Austin and Natasha in the house.

Surprised Natasha was so low.

Exactly -its not like she could check herself in the middle of the show lol and there was still 10min of voting to go AFTER she said that = also there is something not right with those figs if they are the percentages for each hm when they left at their split then, each split should add up to a 100 not all 6 adding to a 100 - i think it is clear those figs we have been given are from the first vote freeze as it features all 6 adding up to a 100, which makes it look even less likely Emma was wrong when she said it was 2% between James and Austin - it certainly wouldnt have finished 45% v 33% after the last two were left because 22% are missing lol
