That's all well and good, but what about when someone else is being attacked Sherrie? Like Chloe, or Janice, on the receiving end of Austin in a big way. I think they were in dire need of someone to back them up. As the 'nana' of the house, Sherrie probably would have held some weight if she had a word with Austin.

I agree, she seemed to be under Austin's spell. I guess she liked the attention from him. Cowardly really. Plus she was so bothered by being called 'boring' in that poll. You'd thing at her age she would have the security not to be bothered by such insignificant nonsense.

I agree to a certain extent - it's always annoying when the good stand by and do nothing but the selfish 'keep your head down and don't get involved' attitude has been a common theme throughout BB. However the good aren't neccessarily equipped to intervene, particularly with the kind of scary, irrational, bullying nutjobs you get on BB.

Sherrie wasn't happy at being first out tonight. She wasn't happy when James said she was most boring HM on the quick fire questions.

I agree with this, and with the op - she's disappointed me a bit. I wish she hadn't said as much as she did now. I liked her Janice impression, that's it.

I don't have a problem with people who avoid confrontation. Some people just don't like it and there's no shame in that but when people are around you being complete and utter arseholes I don't get how they can condone the behaviour simply because it's not aimed at them

She had a bee in her bonnet about James nominating Austin. He should of nominated her, with a made up reason not the valid reasons he had for Austin.

She is not as nice as she would like us to thinks she is - her expressions and actions said more than her words.

Natasha was guilty of this also. She only got involved when she was brought into it.

I thought it was deplorable the way she left the room when Austin was destroying Janice. Yet she got huge amounts of praise for shouting at him like an idiot after the fact

I didn't find Sherrie boring.

Jenna, Farrah and scoop, on the other hand, bored me to tears. Shouting, name calling a and looking for offence at every turn are not entertaining. Cursing every second word does not make intelligent conversation.

Sherrie wasn't seen much as the powers that be think we want to watch drama. When we did see her she was funny and she had a laugh. I would have liked to see more of that.

I suppose if you've always been known as the ditzy bubbly one, you'd be surprised that's how you're being perceived. I was frustrated because in the highlights show the night before the final, she had the perfect chance to show us funny Sherrie, and to relax and have a giggle with the others. Unfortunately, the torture of having her daughter so near and yet so far, had completely upset and exhausted her.

Why do viewers always expect hms to see every interaction exactly as they do? They have an entirely different perspective on what's happening and they have actual relationships with the people on both sides of the conflict.

Much as I couldn't stand Chloe last year, I always thought this was a weak criticism of her. She got on with Helen, they had fun together. She said that and got more criticism for it than for anything else. What's so wrong with getting on with someone?

Wouldn't it be much worse if hms stuck their oar in at every turn in whatever direction they thought the public might be swaying?

I predicted that Sherrie would fall out of favour here for calling out James' game-playing.
