I'd not agree with Austin in the losers list. Nobody had heard of him, yet he nearly won; very few votes in it, and has done a lot for authentic communication and, along with James, progressed things to be about who people are rather than sexual preference.

Farrah's profile won't be any different in the US, where she does all of her work. If anyone hears about BB at all there, it will be with the vague stink to it that she's a nutter and nobody should work with her. Probably the one big win is that sales of her anal sex videos to UK customers have probably had quite a spike. I doubt she was ever planning to be on UK TV again after this anyway.

Stevi and Chloe overcompensated. What remains to be seen is if they still get press BECAUSE they went so over the top, or if even the UK Tabloids are tired of them. Chloe, of course, will be on another reality show within another year. It's inevitable. Stevi probably will drop of the face of the planet, metaphorically I mean.

Janice won't be affected by this in the least, good or bad. Short of the chair throwing getting her some criminal aspect that prevents her from working in the UK again (not that she really does--I mean she hasn't been a model for decades so her only real work would be on panel shows or other reality based TV).

Almost all of the British contestants will try and milk this for panel show appearances of course, and because there are 5 zillion of those, more of them will get them than we'd like.

There's certainly validity to who you do or don't want to see again, but there's likely a difference between your desires (and mine, or anyone else's) and what will actually happen.

The worst that will likely happen to Farrah are charges that prevent her from working easily in the UK again, so you probably won't HAVE to see her again, short of watching Teen Mom or her a*** being ***ed in one of her porn films. Her actual career, such as it is, won't be affected negatively or positively, since most of it is in the US. However much you or anyone in the UK (probably rightfully) loathes her.

Stevi is a such a waste of space I do think it's unlikely he will ever show his misshapen head again, but Chloe is like the Reality Monster that couldn't be killed. She'll be back, rest assured. Even the broadly revealed fake accusations and articles about how cringeworthy she was this time around can be parlayed into her getting more work--since none of her work requires credibility.

Janice works on reality TV too, of course, and I suppose would like to be able to work in the UK again, but I doubt if it would truly affect her that much if she couldn't. She's already onto the next reality show, I believe--on the US VH1 channel she's being hyped for an appearance on a show called "Couples Therapy", where she apparently screams her lungs out at someone for some reason.

Jenna is an interesting case. I wonder if she really had any ambitions to hang out in the UK before this all melted down. I suppose that's done with. But she's filthy rich. She doesn't need any of this in the least. She can go on studio bossing her porn empire (she's not shooting films for herself anymore, but makes serious money on other porn stars now) and get even richer.

This is not who you think will do well out of CBB, it's who you like and dislike.

The phrase "winners and losers" implies success or failure. The phrase "who do you like or dislike" would have implied who you like or dislike... but it wasn't used.

I had never heard of Stevi before CBB, as I don't watch X Factor.

He's an odd looking man - no offence, but curiously he had a much younger fiancée.

I thought I'd be able to take to him, but as the weeks passed, I found him to be very boring, unfunny and quite nasty to Chloe. As if he got a kick out of hurting her.

All this, 'I want a two week break from you', and 'I'm sleeping in Bobby's bed tonight' were nasty things to say as a 'joke'.

But above all, he has absolutely no personality. No humour. He is unlikeable . He can't even sing.

No. I don't like any of them on that list. It's a list of who will do well,who will not do well,all the rest will just carry on as before.

Sherri is probably the most successful in terms of current work but it will neither help or hinder her.

Anyone who can get anything out of BB is a winner really, because no-one really cares about it. It's perhaps the unloved child of TV shows.

That's what's called a fallacy of equivocation.

Sure, in one sense of "win", there's only one "winner', and that's the HM who received the most to-win votes.

But when people talk of "real winners" and losers, they do not mean "win" in that sense.

Austin and James were certainly not in the losers list. They will most likely benefit out of everyone now.

They were the winners, as were Janice and have to say it, Farrah and Jenna.

The 5 of them were Big Brother. Not Chris, not Daniel, not Gail and not even Scoop. THEY were the winners and in 5 years time, if someone asks who the Top 5 you remember were... Austin, James, Farrah, Jenna and Janice will be the ones remembered.

If it means the end of the truly awful Stevi - and I can't see where he can possibly go from here except back into the obscurity from which he should never have been plucked - then I guess we're the winners.

I can't see the charisma-free James getting much from his win. Austin, on the other hand, might get a tv gig or two.

I think James certainly will benefit. Austin and James for sure.

I dont see where james goes from here. He's not an interesting character nor does he have an actual talent for media work. What did he do in between this and the apprentice?

Out of interest, Salv, what kind of work do you think James will get? Just curious as I found him fairly dull behind all the bromance drama.

I genuinely think presenting work. He was never dull I don't think, he probably looked like it with all those Americans. He was very animated in a lot of the clips and bits not shown on the HLs, and on the Live Feed whether he was with Austin or not. The time he was with Natasha and Bobby, he really came across well.

Janice will do more shows here IMO too. Farrah would have, but now I don't know if anyone would have her. Jenna and Austin will be about the UK for a while too.
