what can you expect for a Jive in week 1?

i have no expectations for the couples dancing the Jive, it's week 1.

i want to see fun and they must enjoy themselves.

the Jive is a hard dance, you need to be light as a feather in your footwork.

Georgia&Giovanni have the advantage, because she's not tall, has a beautiful body and i saw nice footwork in the first steps video.

Katie&Anton will have a disadvantage, because Anton hasn't done a Jive for so long.

but the Jive is a dance which is better if it comes in week 5 or 6

I think Katie will do alright. Looks like she can handle the quick footwork and spins, and already has a good sense of musicality from her job. I'm a little worried about Anthony. From the First Steps it looked like Oti was cramming in too much content...it may be that she out dances him and shows him up if he can't find the energy needed for jiving.

and what about Georgia May? aren't you looking forward to their Jive

and yes Katie will do alright, i meant to say Anton can bring her down, with his lack of good latin or fast dancing. maybe Katie will even outdance Anton

Giving beginners the Jive in week 1 is completely unfair . Then again those producers don't care about fairness .

Good job Jeremy or Daniel didn't get the jive .
