Lauren must have a significant part in this trial conclusion
I don't understand rushing j jossa back for the limited part she has had in this and especially the siding with Jane.
She looked at Jane and threw a newspaper in the bin but I still feel she has significant part to play in the conclusion if it does conclude at all |

Oh great more of Jossa's horrific acting, wished she never had returned.

Growing some balls and bring back the real Lauren who wouldn't let her father rot in jail or let Abi get away with what she has.

I feel as though Lauren has been written as if Lucy wasn't her best friend and that Bobby just accidentally killed a random person. Sure Lucy and Lauren fought for a bit but they were back to best friends before Lucy died. Lucy even helped Lauren not have a drink when she nearly got tempted to.
I'm enjoying the storyline but I'm just surprised that Lauren hasn't really put any focus on Lucy herself and how she had her whole life ahead etc., rather than just her death. I guess she seems more concerned about the consequences rather than the victim (who was her best friend), but that's just my opinion. Glad she's back though. ![]() Also I think it will be forgotten but Lauren hasn't revealed how she pieced the puzzles of Lucy's murder with Emma's notes. I'm surprised Jane and Ian didn't think earlier that Lauren suspected/knew who killed Lucy since in the end of the 2nd episode of live week, Peter said 'Lauren's told me. She was killed in this house wasn't she?' along with her letter to Jane. |

Presumably when Max gets off he goes to New Zealand with Lauren.

So far her role seems pretty pointless, I wouldn't be surprised if Max is found not guilty that her and Max leave together as if she wasn't going to let him rot in prison for something he didn't do.

There are pictures of her in court giving evidence so maybe that is something to do with it. Also it is logical that she would come back considering she knew the truth and her dad was about to be sent to prison.
