AUSTIN Armacost has revealed what his husband thought of his close friendship with James Hill.

During his time in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Mark Jacob's ex got super close with former Apprentice star James and the pair formed a friendship that saw them cuddling, stripping and even sharing a bed together.

Following his exit from the house, Austin has slammed claims that he was too close to his best pal and claimed that James was the best part of his experience.

"Building the wonderful friendship between James and I was the best part. He was from up north, as I am, and he looks really hot in a speedo," said Austin.
"Jake [Austin's husband] and I have a great, happy, monogomous relationship and he knows at the end of the day that I would never do anything to disrespect that."

"What everyone seems to keep forgetting is that James is straight," he then joked, before adding that he and his husband haven't spoken about their friendship "because it was something that didn't need to be mentioned".

Austin went on to tease that he and James are going to be meeting up again very soon now that they're out of the house.

"He's 15 miles from my husband's family in our hometown. We've planned on having a 3 day binge watch of the entire show. Manbed 2.0."

When chatting about his fellow American housemates, Austin didn't really have many nice things to say. He complained that they took the US vs UK theme too far and "whined" constantly.

Haven't heard much from farrah over Twitter last few days

Austin certainly wants to have his cake and eat it. I can't help thinking he feels James identifying as straight gives him a free pass to share a bed with him, flirt like crazy with him and generally be all over him like a rash - but it's OK cos "James is straight" so I get to do what I want with him (bar sex) before going back to hubby's bed to do it all over again.

James was on the Wright Stuff yesterday and one of the topics was "Is it more safe for a gay person and a straight person to share a bed and flirt compared to two people the same sexual orientation" or something like that. Interesting. Overwhelming response was "who cares, of course you can share a bed", and James stated that yet again. Him and Austin will be friends for a long time IMO. Both of their interviews to various publications, they have both said that. And it seems that Jake hasn't even questioned Austin at all because he knows not to worry.

Judging by potential appearances, James and Austin seem to be the most busy as they have been booked for events across the country. Not bad at all, especially an unknown such as Austin who all of a sudden is in high demand, as is James.
