Personally, I have Georgia May and Giovanni at the top of my leaderboard.

I agree, multiple other dancers much stronger and even just in terms of cha cha Jay looked much stronger to me.

I think Len said the best of both nights which is utter hogwash. Andre's hip action was jerky and the dance didn't sit well on his body. His movements were choppy and intention was muddy. He has some rhythm obviously but he's a "singer" so he should be able to keep time.

You weren't the only one who missed something - Peter and Janette missed the fact that it was supposed to be a Cha Cha.

Peter's dance was best for me, then Georgia's

I think Peter did a freestyle dance.

He really wasn't bad at all, but I think there were a couple of other dancers who were at least as good.
Perhaps the judges were star struck by having such a showbiz legend in their midst, and gave him a few extra points in an attempt to compensate him for having been married to Jordan.

I agree. Some balance issues on the spins but a really nice routine and good performance

Yes, I agree. It was nothing like a cha cha.

Watch out Andre, Jay has real potential and is a lot less frantic and overblown than you. Mind you that could be Janette's choreo, which has always been OTT and just manic.

Katie is elegance personified with legs to die for.

I have him top of the league, but with a couple of others equal to him up there .
I really enjoyed the routine too . Very punchy and entertaining .

Yes, I agree on all points. I was really surprised by Jay and he seems a lovely guy.

Don't think Peter done the best dance over both nights there was
quite a few of the ladies that were way better. Anthony and the lovely
Jay from the Wanted were better in my opinion and Anton and Katie
were under marked 😀😀😄

I think Janette choreographed a freestyle dance, as she seems not to know much different.

Style over substance, every time.

Peter was the best for me but with Helen a close second. I also really enjoyed Georgia, Jay, Anita and Katie. Ainsley was a delight. Jamelia better than I had expected, Jeremy not as bad as I had expected and Anthony was undermarked. The only ones I havn't taken to really are Kelly and Iwan. As far as Petes concerned he seems to be getting criticised for the choreography which seems a bit harsh. He did well with the routine he was given.

If Jay can get a handle on his nerves, he has massive potential.

He seems like a lovely man, too. Self-effacing and thoughtful.

I thought Peter best tonight and Helen yesterday - really like Georgia too Jay is not bad a lot will become clear on change of style - Janette's ballroom is poor so will be interesting to see contrast between peter/helen/georgia and Jay who at the moment seem to be front runners

Peter and Janette best dance of the night by far, loved the choreography as well, less Cha Cha Cha steps than Jay's dance, but it suited him better than an old style looking dance, by the way Jay has been taking dance classes for years so he'd better dance for his sake.

Well Jay is on top of the tellymix vote by quite a long way 😀

I would have put him amongst the 27s. Not the best of the weekend by any stretch of the imagination. Very jerky. It didn't look much like a cha cha cha to me.

I thought he did really well and has lots of potential although he does need to just feel it more. I could almost see him counting through the steps. Great for a first dance though. One of my favs
