Aaron works long hours in cramped conditions.
20 hours a day is tough to believe.

Submarine chef must spend his days making beans on toast because he knows little.
Mark should have broken the egg on a saucer then used an egg cup to hold the yolk.

Mark was lucky that round doesn't really count against him.

Monica and Marcus will be watching him, it may swing an elimination decision.
Seriously who would eat raw steak.
I do not believe it was that warm in the middle unless the sauce helped.

Monica served a very mean piece of steak.

There will be a man mountain at some point who will make her look dainty.

Essex boy not as good as he thought.

Bobby Essex made a sauce that could stick wallpaper to a wall.

My blood pressure is rising every time his ugly mug appears, sniggering at psychology a word he could not spell.

Gregg said to Lewis you're halfway.

Lewis replied yes chef.

Gregg must have been chuffed.

A big promotion for him. There must be many possible presenters for this but the BBC use Gregg.

Rebecca started cooking then she had two babies, strange timing.

£2.86 a day to feed submariners, not a lot more, about £1, than allowed for prisoners.

The navy has more Admirals than ships, I can see where a saving could be made.

He is on tour, tickets can be bought for a lunch or dinner with Gregg Wallace.

Gregg will talk guests through the four courses that they are eating and he will make himself available for a Q & A session after.

Only £59.95 per person.

A free glass of champagne thrown in

£60 for 4 courses is not bad, if gourmet, shame about the GW presence with a microphone. More fool any who attend.

Lewis has served up a live pigeon.

He should have said to Marcus it isn't raw it is blue

I feel sorry for him facing his classes after this, catering students are rarely the brightest but it does not affect their tendency to be mouthy.

The cost as you say is very reasonable but yes Gregg giving a running commentary on what you are eating is a stressful meal out.

Being given the boot at the end of the first show will take a lot of living down.

He will never dare use a pigeon dish in class.

Sam the would be florist ends up the strongest, he may crash in the next round.

Some rotund bods tomorrow.

That probably represents the industry at chef level. When I worked at a college with catering courses the boys outnumbered girls, about 2:1.

They will definitely be coming through the MC door in single file.

Back to coal face today but it's a very short week as will be most weeks now up until the Christmas holiday.
