His hair says that he must have a sense of humour.
That or no money.

Kitchen is talking to Danilo as if he is new to cooking, he was polite enough to look interested.

He looks like he would a pain in the neck to work for.

2 words, oui and chef.

Nick seems to be a steady reliable cook, he will be out for lack of inspiration.

He is sparing in encouragement, tends more to the MPW approach of reminders.

Most of his staff must do a stint there for a Michelin place on their CV then move on.

Unless in the next test he makes a pile of mash and draws a smiley face on it.

There is a little fella working there wearing glasses.

He has the scared look of someone who has felt the boot of Kitchen up the backside.

I would eat it if it had a puddle of butter in the smile.

Kitchen is unnerving them, not necessary to make them more nervous.

It sounds good to me.

Kitchen is fascinated by tongue dishes.

I have seen one like that, near Danilo, he is probably a pot boy.

At the end he says nice things, they are so relieved they are grateful.

Cheap ingredient and tastes cheap and nasty.

Nick has messed up his spud risotto, no place on HK for him.

He likes Nick I sense a possible Ned Beatty moment from Deliverance coming on.

He has a HK look about him.

After all that only 22 minutes for the part of the show which matters.

More likely try to recruit him as a slave in the kitchen. He is using almost identical praise for all of them.

He wasn't bothered it was just a bit of advertising for him.

There should be a point to the restaurant visits.

He is too calm and steady for Ramsay, he likes panic and shouting.

Will any of them try potato risotto.

Beyond being an experience, I agree but for fairness they should all go to the same place. Irritating favourites on the amateur show have messed up in the pro kitchens but it has not counted against them.

Monica giving time checks, no need for Gregg.

He has never seemed like a winner, too prone to errors.

Vermouth must be making a comeback.

Monica has been developing a big cheesy smile and "I could eat all of that". When she starts with cockney slang he needs to check his contract.

I would eat Nick's dessert.

eta

And Darren's.

Time for a screen shot of Darren for the memory box.

Tiramisu is my favourite dessert, that looks interesting but I would prefer coffee to chocolate flavour.

If you have straight hair you could copy his style.
