No other MC has Gregg it is worse on the amateur version when it is only John and Gregg.

A lump of beef in a puddle of sauce.

Not a scoop of mash in sight.

Tut tut, you do not understand the philosophy of the food.

M & M are praising the contestants as if they invented the dishes, not just followed careful instructions, used ready made ingredients, (the tomato sheet, the topping for the steak, the dressings, supervised by Ernesto.

Gregg really takes over on that show and because the contestants are just normal folk they pay him attention.

I think all chefs should be made to wear gloves it isn't right eating food that someone has touched after cooking.

The problem with gloves is when they keep them on doing different tasks, spreading the germs. When the staff in our refectory who made up baguettes to order were told they must wear gloves handling the food, they forgot to take them off when taking money.

Yes anybody with a bit of know how could have done it too much time is taken up with feeding well known chefs and Gregg in expensive places.

The contestants should be doing mystery boxes and such like.

I guess it is difficult especially when a head chef is shouting to go quicker in the background however there should be a code of cleanliness which Nick wouldn't have passed.

Christmas Eve.

My day will be a quiet one I did everything I wanted to yesterday.

I may go out for a few drinks tonight but I will remind myself to return home sober and not long after midnight.

Christmas Day with a hangover is no fun.

He was not the worst, I hate it when they allow hair swinging over food, sweat and no headband, many of them touch their faces in between handling food.

I have a rapidly growing list, all can be bought at the local shops so no problem. Cards to be delivered or I will ask son to do it.

Yep especially now that I have stopped cutting my toenails with my foot in a bowl between courses.

They could make the series half as long and more enjoyable by doing that.

Merry Christmas

I have just arrived in. I left a mince pie and cream out for Santa, the mince pie is still there but the cream has gone.

Santa loves cream, well known fact.

Good morning and Merry Christmas to you Tan

I have persuaded son he should go to bed rather than sleep on the floor with 2 dogs and a cat.

edit

I am going back to bed, goodnight.

Morning Tan

Day went quite well, some over cooked veg, lovely gifts, very entertaining little dog loved her presents, opened one before I came downstairs, helped herself, it was for Rusty.

How did your day go?

How could I pass up the opportunity to see such a wonder? Ready at 4.30?

I skipped the queen but it has been a top news item.

I must get the crackers out tomorrow, I like the corny jokes.
