It is said that we will have heavy snow this weekend.

I plan to place a duvet over my head and cut some eye holes in it.

Is that a good idea with a down or feather duvet?

Yes it doesn't seem that long since the last one.

Survivor is back next week.

The awful BB Caleb is in one of them, I think it is Survivor, his greatness is all in his mind so he may get booted quickly.

We are predicted rain on Saturday, showers on Sunday.

I'm not a Survivor scholar but don't recent BB personalities tend to do really well on Survivor?
Recently I saw a CBS ad that shoved him right up front as a star attraction. Grim stuff.

I usually go blank on Survivors once the series is over, but I do not remember any ex BB HGs on it, only TAR.

How soon you forget perpetually shirtless winner Hayden. DR shouter, Suvivor Blood vs Water heartthrob.

Morning.
I'm fully caught up on Vikings, and sorry for ever doubting you on Parisienne Princess Polanski's merits as an actor. It felt like she was reading her dialogue phonetically half the time.

He was blanked for my sanity, that rabbit mouth, ugh.

PPP (great name, thanks) sounded as if she was using an alien language most of the time, not helped by her speech defect. She proves that acting skills cannot be acquired by osmosis growing up in an arty community.

Nice to see you

Nice to not be banned!
I only watched an episode of CBB here and there. It was a little too obvious that Scotty T was the destined winner, and lately the main forum has a romance brigade that brings back traumatic Josie-related memories. Posting at all felt like pushing my luck.

Vikings had me at a distance due to the Athelstan's romance subplot, somewhat topically. We know how that ended but it was torture to sit through. The Wessex scenes tended to drag in season three, even with Linus Roache doing the most whenever he could.

CBB lasted about 3 weeks too many for me, I would have crowned Tiffany winner and locked up.

I must read a recap of Vikings as I watched a series on BBC2* set in a similar era with Vikings, Saxons and Britons fighting it out. Now I muddle the characters, I think they had a Ragnar but he was not the fabulous Travis Fimmel.

* The Last Kingdom

I have to admire LInus Roache grudgingly as I cannot stand his father.

Tiffany was my winner too. I joked in previous years about New York appearing on CBB as more and more US rtv personalities began to turn up but never in a million years thought it would actually happen. She's mellowed out a bit, if you can imagine.

Aside from his unconventional body language, I've grown to adore the way he handles the child actors like sacks of turnips. Pick them up, sling them around and drop them at random.

I'd like to give The Last Kingdom a shot at some point. The trailer looked very dreary but this was before the first episode aired.

She was extreme at times and I did not like her at first but as soon as they all closed ranks on her, I wanted her to win just to spite them. None of the Brits were an any way likeable but that is normal for CBB, I have no desire to see or hear from any of them again.

Kids love being thrown around by someone they trust, even babies laugh when tossed up in the air a few inches.

The Last Kingdom drew me in, it suffers the usual problem of portraying the past as always grey and gloomy but the cast were good. It was on BBC America, perhaps repeated?

The Polish must have stomachs like metal bath tubs.

Have you watched TAR yet.
