They tried fixing up the solar panels but failed until Phil 2 came back IIRC. They need electricity to run the tv and DVD player.

Is he true German or born there because a parent in the forces? Mr Freeze was born in England but moved back to USA.

No a true German who grew up in some place called Freiburg im Breisgau but left to go to University in the states.

Although he was born in Austria.

His lack of accent is good, he must be bi-lingual or tri-lingual as he grew up almost on the French border.
