I do recall seeing their faces last year so if a contestant gets to the final they must bring them back to judge at some point every year.

The contestant explains what they cooked to the ex-contestants when it is served yet the ex-contestants have a menu.

I would call it a leer.

Especially the one with the glasses who looks like the computer from Red Dwarf.

Sometimes they apologise for delay or a missing item.

8 minutes late is nothing in a restaurant but I suppose it is unfair on the others if there is no penalty.

Joe almost died carrying his dishes out.

There should be a penalty I'm not sure what but it should matter.

He should have taken a day off to see a dentist, his teeth and gums do not look healthy.

Joe is still happy well I guess everyday for him is a bonus.

I do not remember anyone who went way over time getting far except favourites like Emma last year. The comment who would cope at the next stage was a big clue Joe was going home.
