More about him

https://www.linkedin.com/in/joe-rowles-9b45394b

I was expecting Jeff to take a leak to show him how it's done.
He has been busy, I hope it does not show him my LinkedIn profile.

I will be pleased when Marco sods off.
I find it difficult to listen when he starts with advice.

Not a random pair of teams, they are told where to stand when they come in.

It shouldn't however it could be worse.

He isn't very helpful all he will do is stand and shout.

Where's my this or that, keep it simple and of course yes Marco.

I am not there yet, still on the prawn wars. I noticed Nidhi did not win the challenge.

They should do Coquilles St Jacques with scallops and crumbed top.

The blue captain Nicolette wouldn't look out of place on Broken Skull.

I am now at 17 minutes, I thought the restaurant was the room in which they were put in teams.

Maybe it wasn't but this is Australia.

He is being more helpful than usual but while he is right to point out 3 scallops is mean, another time he will talk about margins.

I don't mind team challenges when they are outside but so many people on screen in a small kitchen is claustrophobic viewing.

He probably has thousands if not tens of thousands looking at his so unless he clicks on every one of them I think you need not worry.

There are a few sturdy build girls and some tiny men.

I am now at 17 minutes, I thought the restaurant was the room in which they were put in teams.

I did not take much notice of that, I was on door duty while Suki was making her mind up.

I am surprised Marco did not advise the girl making jus to crack open some stock cubes. Guaranteed she will not be left in charge of the gravy.

The restaurant is that horrible white room.

OK it's a pub restaurant but I wouldn't eat or drink there it's like a hospital waiting room.

Also too many people cramped together.

It is more crowded than the kitchen in my local Chinese take-away.

It is too soon to have no names on the aprons. I think I prefer the red team menu but the edit is too good for them to win.

Yes a lot of them have hardly been shown this series.

22 of them still there I would be doing well to name half on sight.

Apart from a few plates being served to tables for the camera I don't see anyone in the background eating.

Most likely.
He doesn't care, he will be off in a few days.

I would struggle for 11 names and faces.

As I read that they showed diners chomping on steaks.

The fish looks horribly cooked, I like fish soft and flaky not burned and crispy.

G, G and M are moaning about the lack of jus and fat on the steak, cutting it all off was a mistake.

They will have more to complain about if they get a fishless plate from the blue team.

None of the efforts have impressed me this episode.

Marco is giving me a headache.

He is like a petulant toddler when he starts that repetitive chant.

They were harsh but blue had to win the second course, always one each to keep tension for the final course. I prefer the brownie dessert but I am not keen on pannacotta.

I see what you mean about the lack of pictures, maybe they wanted a clean look on the few bare bits of wall.
