Elise wants to show she is not just a panna cotta girl she also does parfaits which look much the same.

His eyes are just a little too wide and pale, his mouth hangs open a lot which adds to the startled look.




Elise is not making anything special, she arrived knowing how to make all the components.

She has made the same type of dish for all of the last three months it will be odd if she wins.

One is frozen the other has gelatine, I am not keen on either too like blancmange and I prefer whipped ice cream with a flake and sauce.She has done a lot in less than 10 minutes, made a tuile and crumb also set her pannacotta.

She makes them well but then she has had enough practice I don't think she will get to the next round at the first attempt.

Maybe she will make a parfait in the second round.

I don't like the look of Harry's dish then again I don't like Harry and his Angie from Motive hair.

The judges don't like it either.

I do not think she will, she should have entered a Bake Off show if she wanted to make cakes and desserts.


Guaranteed if they have a choice, I would prefer them to have to make the same dish for direct comparison.

George dribbled some soup back in the dish as he ate some fish from Matt's dish, Gary had not yet tasted.

I am glad Elena got through but her dish looked rather sparse, I am aiming not sure they want Harry to win over Matt but he may be a producer's favourite to appeal to a young crowd. I cannot stand him.

Matt is competent, he does everything as if he has learned all the basics before applying including desserts.

I think with the public Matt would be a more popular winner than Harry having said that they tried to push Georgia to the win last year and only just failed.

They record the later episodes after the series has started being shown, I think they kept Georgia to the end despite social media comments but she made it easy for them to let Billie win.I have not looked at Twitter for comments about Harry but the two Aus forums I have looked at do not like Harry.

Harry hasn't does well will they make allowances for him.

In all the cooking shows I have watched, except for CK, chefs always tell them to taste at every stage so they can do something if it is not right.

Harry and Elise have things wrong but I expect Elise to go for being unambitious.
