Matt got his starey eyes from his Dad, Elena's family are all sturdy, must be good food.

Elise is not offering advice from the gallery on parfaits. It may be verjus, I have never used or tasted it.
They seem to have a lot of the ingredients ready so nothing spare for a second attempt.

Con's problem was he could not do much else.
The chocolate coating does not have any melted chocolate, it has oil, red and yellow powders mixed together.
Matt also messing up his chocolate I wonder if the judges will give him all 10 marks for this round.

Most chefs could not make that dish because it is a waste of time.
The shell did not crack well and the filling did not fill the casing but that is ignored.
I don't mind Matt and like that with the money he will buy a food truck but it would be stretching credibility too much for him to win after that.

It was the same with Georgia and Billie last year the judges had to give Billie more marks on her last dish but George argued against it.

He has been competent but that dessert does not deserve to win. His sister has gone home.
The fourth judge makes all the difference in the final if it was left to Gary, Matt and George the result would have been a draw.
