I will focus on Timeless now, so far confused, distracted by woman photographer making a most un 1930s remark.

Up has popped Max Headroom.

The plot is kind of basic a not nice fella has stolen a time machine and some others chase through time after him to prevent him changing history.

The usual places The Alamo the assassination of Lincoln that sort of thing.

I guess a bit like The Time Tunnel.

Americans or casting directors like skinny actresses and lots of teeth.

The time machine looks odd a white ball that could do with a lick of paint surrounded by two things that look like tyres.

Near enough two thirds of the people survived not quite a disaster.

Yep that's the way it seems they even have a Watergate episode.

There are only seven episodes listed to be shown I guess they will decide if there will be any more depending on the numbers of viewers.

Strange glitch at the end, no daughter and no sick mother, that will be tricky to explain if they got back to the correct time.

They did not fly very high but the wrong windows open may affect the stability? IIRC the passenger section was very small compared with the balloon so that explanation does not work. My experience is based on a long ago visit to an airship in Bedfordshire.
