I don't get the fascination with runny eggs.

Boil them like bricks is my thinking.

First time he has had any relevance on a cooking show, he should say more about the vegetables.
That would at least give him a purpose.

Monica did not explain everything about what she mixed in her demo. She just chopped the ends off the asparagus, I always bend them to snap off the woody part.
It's not the most interesting dish or one which normal people would make.

She may also do.

Philip is 95 he seems to struggle now every winter.
He looked a bit doddery at the Cenotaph.

Rohan looks very cheerful. I heard an item on the radio about the shortage of Indian chefs in the UK.

I like a runny yolk but the white has to be set for me, I cannot remember the last time I had poached eggs,

Harrison must be the one who splits the sauce as in the preview.

I doubt we will see him on Broken Skull.

That will not save him, M&M have spotted he is untrained, harsh about his offering.

Joe made something very flat it looks like it has been sat on.

Andrew has a face that likes a dozen meals a day.

Not enough to meet demand, an Indian food body wants visas to allow more in to the |UK, training more here was side stepped.

Joe is getting approving smiles but he was stingy with the liqueur and made a mess.

Some might say a chef doesn't have to be Indian to cook Indian food. Most who go to Indian restaurants eat the same thing.

Every dessert on MC:Aus seems to be served in a glass as you say smaller portions for more money.

I knew we wouldn't get through the episode without seeing a chef with a beard.

As with Chinese restaurants and takeaways, the food that is popular here is not what is eaten at home, spice skills can be taught. I think they have trouble recruiting because the pay is low and hours long.

They like Brenton even though he did not give them what was wanted.

Joe's eyebrows meet in the middle a sign that he can't be trusted.

Yep the hours are terrible and after a certain time the customers are mostly drunk.

High cost accommodation around here means new arrivals get trapped in jobs they cannot afford to leave as pay is too low to save and they get to share a poky room above the shop.

They really do not like Harrison before tasting it.

Southern men are so effeminate I suppose a beard separates them from the women unless there is a female coach trip arriving from the north.

They like him, if they didn't his gravy running into the purée would have been wrong.

Rohan will take some beating this year although Gregg and his helpers are not so sure.

Praise for Andrew's dish it looks quite basic to me.

My sons are southerners!

Marcus was not so positive, he could be borderline but get through.

Arnou, Brenton and Rohan safe, Andrew getting praise.
