I've been watching Xtra factor and he is quite funny on there when shown. I just think the editing of the main show is the problem.

He reminds me of the one on Pen and Teller who doesn't speak with a fixed silly look on his face. He is very ineffectual and may as well not be there.

Exactly this. He's like a rabbit in the headlights. It's either his normal expression or he's thinking to himself.... why did I take this job.

Very unfair TV edits. I watched loads of the auditions at Wembley and the 6 chair challenge live. He was the best judge, the audience loved him. Could hear the audience feed back was really positive. Lots of cheers for him. Seems so unfair, as he is being the scapegoat for a failing show. He was fantastic at the Wembley auditions, so full of energy and had a spark.

I have never been a big Nick Grimshaw fan in truth, however i feel a little bit sorry for him in that no one wants him on the show.

Even the judges don't seem to chat to him that much or take him seriously!. It can't be a nice feeling for Grimmy to get such a negative reaction!

I don't get why Simon appointed him as a judge?. It shows how desperate things are when people are calling for Louis Walsh to return!. These were the same people that wanted Walsh to quit last year!

The contestants go through several rounds of producer auditions before meeting the judges. There wouldn't be time for the judges to see everyone.

I have seen Nick live, he came across very well, not afraid to give his opinion even if others didn't agree. He is'nt the reason XF is failing so badly this year. Cheryl brings nothing in my opinion, she's only there for self promotion. I think Rita will be a good mentor as she was on the Voice.
