I thought Gifty was overblown by Analise during their performance. It made me less excited about her. I feel like Gifty is a nice girl who in other series' might be perceived as boring so she's trying too hard to show she's got a personality and is not just a background character

I wouldn't compare them myself as they are different types of singers. Both are good in their own right, and I would put both through to the lives.

They have got the X Factor for sure, and will make her more interesting if she gets to the lives & starts singing some generic Beyonce BS. Reminds of when tTreyc was on the lives, shouted her way through the majority of songs, but she had a proper bum on her.

She has a good voice but is boring. This is what x factor does every year. Puts through too many people who are the same. Too many good looking young guys and girls who sing in exactly the same way and sing the same songs. Gifty is just not stand out enough for me.

So what exactly do you call stand out then? Those type of acts you can count on one hand in the 12 years of this show in my view. I think Gifty is the best of the remaining acts along with Relley.

I do like her but I think her group performance showed her to be quite average.

Gifty's group performance with Chanal and Analesa has gone down well on You Tube with 4.5k likes, 231k views.

her group performance wasn't just her however. I personally think others in that group were far better.

All three were good in my view, and yet Chanal was sent home which is a mystery tbh. Maybe she will be invited back as was the case with Gifty.

Hearing that Gifty does well this weekend. Really looking forward to seeing her again after last weeks group performance.

Me neither. I thought she was a bit of a show-off.

I just think she's bland. She's got a distinctive look, but apart from that I don't think she's got anything stand out about her. Her voice is good, but nothing special at all.

I actually preferred her voice last year. It sounded more distinct when she was singing All About the Bass. I think song choice will be key for her but would like to see her in the lives

Well personally I think that Gifty is the outstanding contestantand will prove all the negativity that is coming her way on here wrong.

I appreciate you support her but I just don't see where her votes would come from it was in the live shows.

How on earth do you come to that conclusion? She came across really well when she was on the Lorraine show last week.

I know she is talented but I just find her to come across quite arrogant and unlikeable.

Not sure how you all feel but maybe my opinion on her will change.
