Craig is the only judge who scores accurately.

You class that dance as hip hop?

Their dance may not have been a proper cha cha but it was as far away from hip hop as you can get.

Watch this and then maybe watch Peter and Janette's dance again...there was absolutely no hip hop content in their dance IMO.

This is hip hop....

They're probably been reading this forum during the past 3 weeks.

I used to think similarly of Craig but he has diminished in my opinion over the years because I find his scores and comments artificial at times. He's as much a puppet as the other judges.

Of the 4 judges I like Bruno most in terms of his perception and articulation of what he sees in a dance. He scores too generously but he delivers criticism as biting as Craig but in a more flowery and less obvious way.

As a quartet they all have a different function. If all the judges were like Craig some contestants would give up and go home. Len and Darcey search for encouragement as much as criticism. Unfortunately both are inconsistent.

Perhaps not but it sure as hell wasn't a cha cha cha.

Craig is the least knowledgeable judge when judgement is called for on in hold ballroom or Latin

The reason maybe his own lack of experience at in hold dance

When judges dance on he never does More than hip/bottom shake

As for being fair does that include his marking of Riley

Their walnuts get pickled from time to time, especially when someone comes ahht in the first week and gives it some welly.

Don't expect Craig to comment on an impurity of a dance. For him it's enough if it was fabulous darling. Len is most likely to comment.

I agree about Craig. There was a lot of "sympathy" voting on Saturday!

Like a few others on this thread, I think Bruno makes the most perceptive comments, even though he seems a bit of a buffoon at times. I don't find Craig particularly knowledgable or illuminating.

Marks wise they are all a bit rubbish although the overall finishing order usually tends to be ok.
