Not sure how much that article is correct.

Now it's stating Janice is black and blue. How did that happen?

It turning out to be quite the Whodunnit isn't it.

Every story seems to have a slight twist, so who on earth can tell.

Cautions

Cautions are given to anyone aged 10 or over for minor crimes - eg writing graffiti on a bus shelter.

You have to admit an offence and agree to be cautioned. You can be arrested and charged if you don’t agree.

A caution is not a criminal conviction, but it could be used as evidence of bad character if you go to court for another crime.

Get away with what Scot Free?

They pulled the plug on a programme where the panellists got over excited and it ended in a tussle. Nothing was transmitted. The Police have dealt with it as they see fit.

Fortunately no one was seriously injured. What do you think they should be charged with?

BOTS is often a highly charged programme - if the panellists lose control, other than take it off Air (which is what they did) - what do you want to see happen?

A caution is a formal warning that is given to a person who has admitted the offence. If the person refuses the caution then they will normally be prosecuted through the normal channels for the offence. Although it is not technically classed as a conviction (as only the Courts can convict someone) it can be taken into consideration by the Courts if the person is convicted of a further offence.

A caution is an admission of guilt on the part of Farah and Janice.

Farah and Janice would have been charged with Common Assault. The Police would have then given them the option of avoiding making a plea of guilty or not-guilty in return for a caution. That means they do not get a full criminal record, but it is now on their police record in the UK.

Usually a caution is issued for people on a first offence, and its an open admission of guilt in return for a slap on the wrist and a promise not to do it again.

It's the very best outcome, especially for Farah, who....for once in her blinkered life, has been forced by the law of the land to admit that she was at fault.

A very sensible outcome, and one that hopefully will silence Farah a bit now.

she probably had an altercation with the chair she was trying to throw
i'm' sure there'll be photos of her bruises soon .......once her lawyers clear her of any wrongdoing and give her the all clear to sell her story ..........yawn

Well I think Farrah is pursuing this line.. She has complained that CBB failed to protect her.

Load of rubbish imo. But she will milk it.

what happens regards them talking to the press about it ? I mean if they start saying they didn't deserve the caution etc. would they be in trouble ? Or would her lawyers tel her to shut up now and withdraw ?

aisleyne had publicly tweeted she was going to teach farrah a lesson, that she was going to throw champagne on her, and a lot of violent nasty tweets all aimed at her, farrah has said she asked ch5 for a seperate dressing room as she was scared(whether she was or not, is not the point, the fact ch5 knew this and complied) all guests were served alcohol in glasses, in a known volatile situation and plied with it, there was questions about farrah, asked by rylan, in front of farrah, to someone who had already threatened violence clearly used to stimulate a buzz, e knew that ash would rage at farrah and the atmosphere would be amped up, the fight broke out, there was no security on stand by, and even when ash was screaming at her to **** off, it carried on, with still no security, or told to tone it down or any attempt to dilute the hostility being shown to farrah by aisleyne , who had no connection to farrah, ...they wanted a fight to happen, and should face the consequences when one happens and someone or some people accidently get hurt!..i am not the first person to say this, i have seen lots of others too, and it is a valid point....why should they not take any blamee is more to the point!
