Have noticed whether the biscuits are chocolate or plain, manufacturers are all adding to their biscuits the ingredients iron and calcium. Just wondered why so many are doing this? Biscuits didn't have this added before.

So they can put "with added vitamins and minerals" on the packaging to try and con buyers thinking they're healthy

Isn't it because flour in the UK has to be fortified with those minerals by law?
