Could someone recommend a 10 inch tablet please.
This year i purchased a samsung tab 4 which i really liked, but have gone through 3 replacements as the is some kind of fault, it just stops working and you cant swipe the screen any more, or use it. So have had enough of that

So what else could i look at ?, i am NOT a fan of IPADS though!.

Budget is up to a couple of hundred quid

The HUDL2 gets some very good reviews. It's not in the first rank, but usually well praised for its capabilities.

I have a nexus 10. Been running good for years. You could always get the nexus 9, dont think google sell the nexus 10 anymore.

I dont turn my Nook off and occasionally get a similar fault where the touch stops.
I used to just turn it off and back on again but found that by making a dummy profile, switching to and fro also profile clears it
Maybe it is an app ram leak problem

I have a Linx 10 and love it. I did the free upgrade to Windows 10 but then went back to 8.1 because IMHO it is far better for touch/tablet use. W10 lacks a lot of the swipe gestures and the clear separation between desktop and tablet UI.
Chrome works well as a browser, complete with the swipe to go back a page gesture, but the bookmarks bar is slightly small for finger use.

It's a ten inch tablet for £150 that will run Metro apps and any Windows programs. Plus micro SD card slot, micro USB and if you choose to log in with your microsoft windows login it will synch all your desktop settings and files.
