I don't know who's got the typo, as I read it was Windows 10 Pro in their PDF manual from their site (linxtablets.com) , list in the operating system . It won't surprise me if Linx themselves made this mistake, as I read in other places it's just the home edition.

I know this is an old thread, but just picked a Linx 8 up today from my local CEX for £25, just installed windows 10, great little tablet with windows 10, cant complain at £25

It was either that or a huddle 2 at £80.

I just want to browse, watch youtube and watch films while in hospital, this seemed ideal.

That's a good price for the tablet, but you'll probably end up paying that much for the hospital broadband unless they do it for free.

The TV packages are expensive where I am, sometimes I've been lucky and the last person has left 2 or 3 hours worth of credit on them. Mainly just the ;free' tv channels which you have to pay for still.

Im looking into a better deal on my internet allowance, i may even bring my USB tuner in and plug it into the tablet and see if i get a signal with the little ariel i got with it.

Had anyone ever got a signal from one of those antennas? Bar people who live next to a transmitter?

Ive never managed it anywhere ive lived, but its worth a shot

Im hindered a bit though, as the tablet charges via USB, i cant keep it plugged in while i have a device plugged into the usb slot.
