Georgia&Giovanni, i really like them, good Chemistry usually means good teamwork.

Helen&Aljaz, she's really stunning in her ballroom

Anthony&Oti, i would like to see a good journey for them

Katie&Anton, Katie is a good dancer, but Anton needs have more confidence in her


Peter Andre is this year's Pixie Lott, a shock exit in the quarter-finals.

My dream final : Katie, Anita, Helen and whether people like it or not Peter. Actually I personally don't know much about Mr. Andre and therefore can neither love nor loathe him.

Given that after the first week those four occupied four of the first five spots in the popularity poll and can all dance my dream final is not an unlikely eventuality. Can’t see Peter or Helen getting the votes so Katie or Anita to win. Gut feeling that Anita will become better dancer than Katie and she's got a younger pro, so Anita may win.

Dark horse Kirsty. Not looking good after the first week but she and Brendan are two of life’s winner and I can see her improving. She did win the floor gymnastics event on The Games in 2005.

Can’t see much hope for the others.

Anita, Helen, Georgia, Jay and Peter are definitely quarter finalists. Who'll go through to the semi final is too close to call. Such a long time since Strictly have had so many talented ones right at the start - I'm so glad there is for a change, it makes it more exciting.

I'm not as sure as most on here that PA will be in the final...I think it will be..

And until I watched Gogglebox this evening, I was blissfully unaware of what kind of effect Peter Andre has on certain women. I must have had some kind of narcolepsy all through the 90s that made me fall asleep every time he was on the telly or the radio, because I have absolutely no memory of him the first time around, despite being fairly into other dance music. Admittedly I was more of an All Saints/Simply Red girl at the time, but I must have been deaf to him and since I never watch Celebrity Jungle I now have no preconceptions about him.

So I'm really looking forward to this series of Strictly because -apart from Andre- it feels pretty hard to predict the final.
