I hope she makes it a worth whole re-release, promotes it like last year and possibly lead the campaign with a proper single release. I think the duet with Robbie could be a potential single for the album and i would recommend releasing a cd single as both have the fanbase who would purchase a physical cd.

a repackaged cd with additional tracks, maybe with DVD of Royal Albert Hall - Kylie Christmas? It would also be great if she did a Kylie Christmas at RAH again and maybe a few dates around the UK. She was so good and it was great that there such a high energy Christmas concert.

Hopefully she releases it in December, when Christmas is on that month

A television christmas special would really help with sales and promotion.

I'm worried about her career....Kiss Me Once was a big flop and she seems to be falling into irrelevance. I hope she has a career revival anthem in her.

I'm usually against re-releases and was initially against this Christmas album altogether, but i'm quite pleased about this. So long as it contains the Albert Hall DVD - which i'm pretty certain it will. That's one of the best Kylie shows I've seen - I really wish i'd have seen it live.

I was there. The atmosphere when Dannii came out was absolutely amazing

Not delighted about this, I'm ready for a proper new album, no abbey road type albums, no Xmas tracks, I want new tracks 😕

Same here. I have all Kylie's albums except for the Abbey Road one (not keen on the reworkings of old songs) and the Christmas one (I can't stand Christmas albums!). I was hoping to hear Kylie was releasing a new pop album soon, with brand new songs on it. I know not everyone was keen on Kiss Me Once but I think it's a good, solid album and hope she'll be back soon with more good songs for us to enjoy. The only song on the Christmas album that I like is 100 Degrees and with the Abbey Road album I only bought the single Flower. Please Kylie, no more cheesy Christmas pap! I still wish she would re-record and release some of her rarities/unreleased demos that she performed on her Anti-Tour, that would be brilliant. I'm still amazed no DVD has ever been released of any of the Anti-Tour shows. You'd have thought for all her fans who couldn't go she would have done, as well as for those who want to re-live it. I went to one at Hammersmith and it was brilliant. I did film some of it but it's not the same as a professional, official release.

Yeah I went in Manchester had an amazing night, probably not too much demand for a dvd least we both got to go to it though I remember it being expensive

Kylie doesn't need to prove herself anymore. I don't think it matters if she doesn't ever bag another hit. The real money and acclaim for Kylie lies in her touring anyway.

If you compare the sales of Kiss me Once in the UK to other established artists, Kylie is holding her own. Her Christmas album clearly sold over 100,000. She managed a top 15 single, a number 2 (Kiss me Once) album that has sold around 90,000 to my knowledge, Madonna, Britney Spears etc have not come close.

Sadly Kylie is past her peak but i agree she has nothing to prove to anyone, she is a highly successful artist.

Not releasing a ANTI Tour Dvd was a blunder as it appears hugely popular with her fans and many of her fans missed out on seeing it live.

I am looking forward to her next studio album to see the direction and sound she moves with. Kiss me Once is and remains a let down and i would regard as a very weak Kylie album. I would like to think she will take her time so she can release a full pop album as promised. I believe i read somewhere she has 3 songs recorded for the new album.

I welcome the work she is putting into the Christmas album and i would hope she does the same with her next proper new studio album.

Meh. Forbes said she was worth over 50 million in 2014. So it's not like she'll go hungry.

I loved the Xmas album but I would want a Xmas single from it with proper promotion. The U.K. Lacks Xmas songs so Kylie had such a good opportunity last Xmas but didn't push any of the singles. A big TV performance and a Christmassy single released in December would work well. I still think White December and Christmas isn't Christmas Til you Get Here are fantastic Xmas tracks.

I agree, there is a huge shortage of Christmas singles and Kylie should work on this as she could get a decent size hit if its handled properly.

Anyone else think November 13th is too early to release an Xmas album, I would have said the 27th would have been a perfect release

Still not delighted by this once you've heard santa baby once you've heard it a thousand times, although the tracklist has some new stuff on there so hopefully will be a good album
Of course an Xmas album is the album that just keeps giving, every Xmas even if it doesn't get back into the album charts tracks will still pick up plenty of PRS fees.

I bet Noddy Holder & Roy Wood plan their years around those April cheques

Agree, The charts are so ****ed up now its impossible for any popstar over the age of 30 to get hits unless you are making teen girls wet their knickers.

For artists like Kylie its all about touring now.
