I think that's why people get so obsessed/addicted/fall in love with it. You're always chasing something!

Stage and ballet.

But pointing feet is such an early lesson that it is always an early lesson and never one of the last things you will learn, I found that in ballet and stage schools, it was ingrained.
I just don't think it is one of the last touches.

I think hands are important in Latin for competition and showcases, although I don't think you truly get to understand arm movement (rib compression, elbow, wrist, hand is what is taught in latin) until more advanced.”

I was thinking about toes and feet with relation to what he has already done in dance.

Also, for what it is worth I woukd say someone who has trained in dancing is someone who has had dance lessons for over two years, regardless of standards. If you have had a number of classes you have trained in dancing. However that is holding nothing against those in this who have past experience, I am all for them doing it and winning, I actually prefer it with a few in the series who have experience as otherwise the dances would be nowhere near as good.

Yeah coming back from "handwatch" I have to say his hands and arms were quite lovely this evening.

I know, I really like him and think he is going to be quite amazing.
As I said I really do not care if they have ever danced, I just enjoy good dancing either way.

Jay has good technique as he should, he has been dancing for many years and it shows, but he is cold and robotic, he seems to be counting each step with mathematical precision, I also find him awkward.

Ah I see.

I didn't think that someone could learn to spot and do several chaine turns so quickly in a row like that with only a few weeks training.

I'm not 'trained' but I've done dance classes for years and only learned to do that after a lot of practise.

He's so, so good. And those spins!! I've known dancers who have trained properly for over ten years and not been able to spot as good as that (yes, I know he has some training!) I never had an issue with spotting and got the hang of it quite quickly. I think it just depends on the person.

Aliona is my favourite female pro so this is a perfect pairing for me.

"A very talented male?"

Or a semi-trained one...

There is a reason why producers went for the most unknown and low-key member of The Wanted...
