I think she looks a bit rough, cheap and common, her choreography is crude too.
It all creates a very unpleasant look as far as Im concerned.

Jordan will say whatever he thinks will "win" him the point, no matter how nasty, rude, hurtful or downright cruel it is.
He's an awful man.

I thought his comments were very fair tonight. Darren Gough's tweet was interesting too.

He is a arrogant plonker but some things he says is true I am actually on the verge on turning off as this show used too be about teaching celebs a new skill but most know how too

I just read the tweets between James and Darren too - spot on. Not that it will make any difference though. If SCD was a new show, no way would it be on its 13th series. If I was a celeb who had no dance experience, SCD would no longer be something I would want to do.

Sid , Jordan is one of those " I am just being myself " plonkers . What they dont get is that the myself is obnoxious and they would do well to change that .

Absolutely agree.
He's been trying to make a career out of being controversial and it has turned out his just ignorant and offensive.

He wasn't very vocal when he partnered Pamela Stephenson who took dance lessons for ages before doing Strictly !!!

James and Darren are making the point that years ago there would have been 8-9 Iwans in Week 2 and it makes a mockery of the original idea for the show. Sounds about right to me. Doesn't change anything though.

She's taken dancing lessons all her life, not in preparation for doing the show. He was also employed on the show, so what did you expect?

I know, they're making a valid point imo. He marked Iwan a 3 or 4 at a push and iirc the only semi-rant he had was about Georgia being undermarked

Or when he was fortunate enough to land the role of celebrity partner to professional dancer Denise Van Ringah

If there were ever eight or nine people as terrible as Iwan on the programme it never would have got off the ground.

His comments were perfectly reasonable. He always give a fair and balanced commentary, I find.

But unsurprisingly he failed to follow through on the 'big reveal' of whatever it was that had his gob running away with him before the show. Funny, that.

OK, perhaps not quite as bad as Iwan, but still nothing like as able as the majority, especially when they were all dancing a small number of dances. I would think the same whether it was James or Darren making the comment. I just said on another thread the show would not be on its 13th series if so many of the celebs were as capable as this series. There's got to be a better balance.

Quite the shocker. Now, does anyone want to buy some pics of Ola's arse?

Sure, although what makes a show sucesful and what keeps it there are often very different things. Of the last four winners though, Louis and Harry had no prior dance training whatsoever, Abbey had some jigging lessons for a pop group that was together for all of five minutes, and only Caroline was a real ringah (and even then less than St Jill was way back in Series 2). The tables aren't quite completely tilted yet.

I just find there is something slightly disturbing about him advertising this calendar or actually that Ola is doing it at all. Its just a bit weird !

This is true . There's "a journey" and then there is the "the trip from Hell" that 8 or 9 Iwans would provide . I couldn't bear so much flat footedness and lack of timing .
I had Iwan pegged as a possible contender , due to his strength and energy , but I got it totally wrong . .

I know ! Plus he posts some incredibly raunchy pictures of her . Doing the calendar is one thing ,it's her choice and there is clearly a market for it . But it doesn't sit well with me that her husband drags it onto his twitter feed . It feels wrong . There is a word one could use for it , but it's really not nice so best leave it unsaid .

Nor was he particularly upset about Denise Van Outen's previous dance experience
