The Sun change their tune, but claim Jay said something he didn't actually say about Anthony and Oti.

Highly unlikely, given that Tristran married an exquisite Australian blonde model last year. And she really is drop dead gorgeous

![]() The latest Sun article sets things straight and shows what a good working relationship Jay and Aliona have. The Sun then spoils it again by misrepresenting something Jay said. |

Holy crap, look at that picture of Aliona from the Sun link.
Even I'd 'get cosy' with her. |

This is stirring trouble for the sake of stirring it! Ridiculous. Definitely a case of people trying to tar Aliona with the same vile brush as... certain others.

Haha, how people like to gossip. I'm really enjoying seeing Aliona happy once again with a partner who has great potential. She has such a good rapport with Jay, and he looks to be settling down during training. Reminds me of Gavin and Katya - he was uncomfortable at first and then got really into it and competitive. However, yes, this is a great partnership and I wonder whether we will get our first double champion? The "romance " with Jay is nonsense, do the press think we are stupid? |

but he's just cut his hair and everyfink. You know what they say when your partner suddenly starts grooming themselves a lot more

I know exactly what you mean but Aliona should not let her 'unhappiness' show on camera, at times I found it very uncomfortable, yes she's had some duds as partners but they all get their share. Natalie Lowe has sparkled throughout every partnership on her Strictly career.

Aliona seems less uptight this year and she is a great teacher. Maybe she did not think so 4 weeks ago, but she must think she won a lottery with Jay now. As Darcy said, he seems to get the dance and learns the technique. And he can overcome his nerves, too. Others went blank while he remembered everything,

Hmmm, that Sun photo of him with his arms wrapped around her and she seeming quite comfortable with it, is not something I would like to see if I was lucky enough to be hubby (as if!)

I thought their dance was one of the best I have seen especially in these early rounds.
Great performance. |

i cannot imagine a less likely scenario. poor aliona, hot as she is, has been reduced to playing mummy to this oversized infant, chucking his cheeks, getting him his first big boys hair cut, and probably putting a gold star on the report card he brings to take home to his mum. he seems to evoke a similar reaction in many of the ladies of a certain age on the board. its all a bit creepy in my opinion.

and why use it is such a pejorative and misogynistic way. What do you find "creepy". ![]() What an inappropriate use of a word if ever I saw it. I think you could find a million scenarios where this word would apply. Folk on a forum liking a celeb dancer certainly does not at all deserve a label of creepy.

I really like Jay and Aliona, but I do wonder why you would do that outside a celeb event surrounded by paparazzi, when they all must be well aware of the press' obsession with the 'Strictly Curse'.
http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...ith-curse.html My first reaction was that it did look a bit too much like they were on a date, but reading Jay's comments in the later Sun article, I think he shows he has exactly the right attitude. I think they will continue to work to have chemistry on the dance floor, but may make it a little bit clearer to the public that there is nothing for Aliona's husband to worry about. When Aliona was teaching Matt Goss in Los Angeles, Vincent was with her and Matt Goss after seeing how they were together, said that he hoped one day he would have a relationship like theirs. Its maybe the first time Aliona's husband will find thoughts appearing in his head, but I thought Rachel Steven's fiancé explained it well "I don't trust him, but I trust her." |
