Week three he danced tenth so not last but still pretty near the end.

I am also baffled 😕 It would seem the BBC think he is, but I disagree they are trying so hard for to get him to be the winner 😩 The judges don't judge him fairly either and score him to high all the time 😐 Every dance he has done has not been good but the judges say other wise 😟 There is a lot of couples who are a lot better than him 😀

Peter deserves to be the winner.
I have done some numbers crunching, calculating running orders basically given the amount of points for each slot as for instance 2/15 = 0.13 would be the second dance of 15, 15/15 = 1 would be pimp slot. The worst slots are 2 (worst) and then 3-5. Opening dance is about a 6th place (out of 15) early but usually a decent dance so I added extra points to reflect that. By those calculations, indeed Pete is being benefited but almost as much as he is, is Anita. If anyone is getting a raw deal in terms of running order/scoring (Ie they are dancing well by the judges scores but not getting the good spots) is mostly Georgia and Kellie in less degree,

It's a bit of a cyclic argument. They put last a couple they think will do well to get a climax of the programme. We got Andre, but then they thought Jay will do well and then Anton. So it's not necessary a power of that last position, they are consciously changing the order based on the quality of the dance which then logically gets more points.

While I more or less agree (and I have agreed completely for the last six series) it looks like it, carol has a very big score in terms of dancing order yet on dancing scores is pretty low. Georgia on the other hand... Not that I am a huge fan of hers but her quickstep could have close the show well, or be the second last as technically was as good as Pete's.
I do however think that like it or not, Pete is generating publicity (maybe not n1 as expected) but also by favouring him in the early weeks helps to ease off the other contenders.

I thought that when I was watching it last week theyre def playing favs with him probably because they think hes drawing in the numbers and people will wait till the end to see him particularly once xf gets underway and that last 20mins or so are a cross over.

I think that makes a lot of sense.
People are blaming Peter for everything...it's the people behind the scenes that are deciding who goes when
well this week he not only been on the hour long show AGAIN rather than a mid week one
he also just happened to be one of only TWO people who was analysed by that foot reader woman on ITT

Jay is more deserving than him I'm afraid to say and jay looks like he is enjoying the experience. Totally changed my perception of him now.
Jay is sincere and is virtually shining with happiness. He's a great advert for the show.

your not wrong the foot woman was a load of old , BUT the point i was making was there are 12 celebs left and she got to analyse two , and he just by sheer chance happened to be one of them
I like pete as a person and his dancing is ok, but he lacks a fluidity in his movement and grace imo. I think his votes are solid so it doesnt matter what position he is placed, although he will not win. In coming weeks i imagine his voters may switch to jay.
Seeing as he is the first male rumba, i can see him being in the middle slot. I cant see him getting a pimp slot for this one but who knows. Can anyone remember if a rumbs has ever closed a show before??
