Pearls of wisdom as always Terry xxx
I always look forward to catching a glimpse of your Pearls of Wisdom Twinkle toes especially where Peter is concerned, I wouldn't be surprised if he is taking a glance too. |

He seems a nice enough bloke. I don't read trashy 'newspapers' or watch celebrity type shows (apart from SCD of course
![]() ) so have minimal knowledge of him. I'm not sure that I'd vote for him, when I start voting that is, but I've enjoyed his dances so far.

I don't understand the amount of hatred for someone who they will probably never meet, will definitely have no affect on them personally and is easily avoided on the media? Some of the things people post on him you would think he murdered first borns and ate pet cats it's all very OTT. He's not a politician he has no power or control over their lives I don't get it! I never take much notice of him one way or the other usually - like a lot of them this year. All I can say - from what I have seen which is all that is relevant to me - is that yes he's cheesy and probably a bit marmite but he is light on his feet, can obviously feel the music and dance, is determined to work hard and I have enjoyed both of his dances so far. Oh and I am beginning to feel sorry for him!

Yes. l agree. Constructive criticism of his dancing performance is understandable, but it goes much further and deeper than that for some, for some reason
![]() Unfortunately it happens every year that some contestants are the target for what some think of as unfair criticism, and so far this year it has happened to Peter, Jay, and Jamelia. There could be others too, I don't read all of the threads that closely. It has been much, much worse though. In fact, I don't think I posted at all last year because I was fed up with all of the nastiness, but now I just ignore the bits that aren't to my liking. People are bound to have opposing views and are entitled to post them, however unpleasant that must feel to supporters of a particular celebrity. The one place they shouldn't do so are in the Appreciation Threads, in the sub-forums, as I think a previous contributor has mentioned, so that can be a nice place to post and have a discussion with like minded people without interruption by negativity.

Nobody is saying he leads a monk like existence . Chill. Have a glass of wine
![]() In your opening post you said 'he doesn't swear or drink'. When people point out that there is evidence of both, you then backtrack. & sorry - but somebody that dry humped Katie Price on their reality show is not exactly 'classy' or 'lovely'. He is an odious little man. |

I'm no PA fan but he is an ok bloke but a little too cheesy for me but he goes appeal to plenty nothing wrong with that
I think Jay danced a better dance to be fair on the night But would for this reason only laugh my ass off if PA won it the BBC flagship show. I would love to be a fly on the wall at KP house. She is already doing the PR rounds on This Morning and Daily Fail. |

He's a no from me. He's this year's contestant who I know I'll have to tolerate until at least the semi-final but I'll be glad when knocked out.
He's humourless and too desperate to win....it's a complete turn off. |

It's not a love in thread whatever that means . But even so some people are just so full of hatred it kind of beggars belief. Maybe forums are just an outlet for pent up aggression for some people
![]() There is an area at the top of the forum for Appreciating your particular favourite. There people will agree with you and be nice & positive or post elsewhere if that is what they feel. However, here you will get opinions that will disagree, some quite strongly. Me, I tend to get annoyed by what I perceive is favouritism toward him from the judges. |

There is a special Appreciation thread for discussions about your favorites. You might be safer up there.
