Team JC for me. Yes, he is tastier than the dishes that are served up, but apart from that if it was me in the kitchen, I'd much rather work for someone that dosent play up to the cameras and has a personality. At least JC shows an interest in his team and knows how to have a bit of fun. Rhodes treats some of his team like they are something off the bottom of his shoe.
The incident with Simon last week springs to mind. "Repeat after me. I am stupid". No employer I've ever worked for would be able to get away with that. Ok, JC shouldnt have chucked the cutlery at Henry either but I can relate more to that type of flash incident.

Totally AGREE!!! Sometimes it looks like Rhodes is jealous of the fun athmosphere in Team JC (although he tries to cover it up by saying he doesn't like it - reverse psychology...)
THere are some good cooks in Team JC and they know how to ave fun as well. Allez les Bleus!!!

Thought I liked Gary Rhodes before this - but he's come over as patronising, aggressive, pompous, snide, nasty, etc. etc. Really hasn't done himself any favours IMHO. He seems to think that constant criticism and put downs are going to get the best out of his team.
JC seems to be much more patient, appreciative of hard work and encouraging. Would much prefer him as a boss.
As for the teams themselves - not really bothered about anyone on the red side - Simon seems fake, Sam seems fake, Terry is ah-reet, but needs to lighten up a bit.
Like all those left on the blue side - Kellie would be a worthy winner IMO.

Team JC for me too I to like Jeanie thought I would be backing Gary Rhodes but have gone right off him. Very pompous and rude, plus not a very nice person I feel.
Am likeing JC more and more But do have a problem with his accent.

From what I have seen so far, I reckon the final 3 should be Terry, Kellie(Kathy Burke Mark II)and Stein. Totally natural people, who dont seem to have a hidden agenda for being on the show.
So glad Aaron & Aby went last night, couldnt stand either of them.
