Just catching up with last nights show and how full of energy and fun is Anita! Gleb is a bit quiet would have loved to seen her paired with Giovanni but Gleb did do a fab routine. Talking about routines having seen the show for a number of years getting quite bored of Ola's predictable choreography.

Anita is brilliant. I think she's happy with Gleb (and not just because she likes the look of him, it also seems like they get on well. He sounds delighted with her too). Anita could win this, people go on about contestants with previous dance experience having an advantage, but plenty of dance novices have won Strictly ahead of them. Helen, Jay, Peter, watch your backs for Anita!

I'm loving her too. She has good dance ability and fabulous performance too. You can see shes having a great time and is honest enough to show it, rather than pretend for the cameras to get some votes. I only hope the public don't see her enthusiasm as being too cocky (the unsure dancers or the ones who say how bad they are tend to get votes)

I thought she was much better than Peter last night, yet was marked lower.

Yes, l am enjoying Anita's performances too. She comes across as a very bubbly but determined character.

Anita seems to be one of those people who will squeeze every drop out of any experience and give it everything and I love that about her. It may have been a bit light on proper charleston but Strictly keeps telling us all you need in a charleston is energy and character and they had those in spades. Gleb choreographed something which played to her strengths which is always a good policy to build confidence at the beginning.

She must have ballroom next. Fingers crossed for that - I have no idea what to expect!

I wouldn't be surprised if she had some previous dance experience, even if she has had no formal training as she seems too good for someone who has never danced before.

What sort of experience do you mean, if not 'formal training'? She's said she loves to get up and dance at parties or in a club. Is that what you mean?

If she hasn't had any dance training at all then she is really good for week 2.

The sort of dance experience that many of us in this forum have? Dance lessons as a child, then some more as an adult? That kind of thing is quite common especially in women, not just in performers.

Oh, okay. She said that she didn't do dance classes as a child and her parents sent her to karate instead.

I agree, in the latest training session you could see her focusing on Gleb and just absorbing everything he was throwing at her with no ifs or buts. I am sure that is how she got to where she is today career wise.

She's a lovely person and I'm really enjoying her dancing. In her partnership, I prefer her more. Lovely, animated lady

Include me in her fan club too. I enjoy everything she presents. First saw her as one of the presenters on Cricket AM on Sky.

Glad she can dance.....she's here to stay for a while.
