Sis and I were in the car one day not long after we moved here and could see this helicopter in the sky and i said to her "if i didn't know better i would swear it is following us". When we drove into our driveway two unmarked police cars swept in and asked us where we had come from. It turned out a guy had escaped police custody on his way to court and was seen in a red car. Not even a "sorry" when they knew they had made a mistake.

We were the talk of the place for days...had a good laugh down the pub about it. Brought the tone of the place down.
