We just took the dressing off to put a clean one on....looks ok. Infection appears to be going.

Not yet....I will be doing my bedroom plus new bed and carpet. Its mainly old stuff that never gets thrown away. Being very ruthless.

I found one.....a summer skirt which I loved and couldn't find for years....sis was sure i had given it to charity. You would have thought I won the lottery yesterday when i found it.

I found one.....a summer skirt which I loved and couldn't find for years....sis was sure i had given it to charity. You would have thought I won the lottery yesterday when i found it.
is there a story behind the skirt then

No.....it just a floaty skirt which is lovely and cool around your legs on a hot summers day

Oh yes..but not by choice in some cases. I used to go to work before my sister so she would wear something of mine and do a quick hem job but she wouldn't have time to let it down when she came in from work. Next day when I went to wear the item it was so bloody short.....we used to have so many rows.


My dad used to call her skirts ...belts

No....was surprised mum and dad went for another so soon as I was in hospital quite a lot the first year and had had three operations.

Oh yes....I was one of the lucky ones...I didn't have the hare lip so it was just mending the roof of my mouth.
