I used to.....haven't had time with decorating and being ill. Once I have finnished with my bedroom then I will get back into the swing of it.

When starting off..15mins on both and increase by 5mins every week up to max of 45mins

The best way to do it ...put the bike in front of the telly and watch your fav programme and the time will pass before you know it.

Once you get yourself in to a routine you will be grand. Just don't go hell for leather when you first start...build it up as you go.
