JOB just told a caller to turn off his radio "like you were told to do when you phoned in". The caller explained he was in a canteen and did not have a radio on. Seems like JOB's default position is rudeness, arrogance and sarcasm and, for me, it is becoming more than a little tiresome. I think he still has the anger that he declared yesterday he had got under control. Rarely have I encountered someone with so many issues.

Eleanor Noakes seems like a perfectly reasonable news reader until you notice the massive noisy intake of breath between items - then you can't stop noticing it.

Not understanding how technology works is one thing, or letting his authoritarian streak * slip through is another, but he contradicts himself throughout the debate, and must resort to invective against LBC's technology correspondent when repeating the word 'terrorism' lots of times does not seem to win the argument.

Ian's now at a low point I think. Quite sad really as he had a good sense of humour on TalkSport.

Personally, I find Ian Collins a good listen. I enjoy any presenter who adeptly handles difficult callers. He is one of those - as is NF, who mainly uses a humorous approach.

Interesting that we all listen to the same shows - but reach different conclusions.

Yes it is i find those two presenters although i do not always agree with them very listenable indeed.

I think Nick Ferrari handled the Emma Thompson story very well on LBC.

Ian Collins wasn't sure last night if it was James O'Brien or O'Bryant.....he repeated then cautiously settled on O'Brien. I sense that they aren't friends in real life.....

The main reason wages are low has more to do with the draconian anti union laws but it makes political sense to encourage the low paid to blame immigrants. The wages of the low paid are not going to increase if we left the UK, low wages are an essential part of the long term economic plan.

What is it with Brexit people's admiration for Kate Hoey and Jack Straw ? Are they so desperate for legitimacy that they need Labour members for validation ?

there is no evidence that immigration cuts wages. Immigrants stealing jobs from natives has been exposed as a myth. The reality is that they generate demand for goods and services of their own, which in turn generates new higher added-value jobs.
