One for the LBC politics thread, I think, if we're going to continue this, but I see this differently. I think there's a big difference between being the Opposition in a country and trying to make it better and taking money from something that you're arguing to leave and which you believe wastes tax-payers' money. Douglas Carswell's position on the Short money was principled; one could argue that so is Sinn Fein's refusal to come to Westminster.

Anyway, I'm really just interested in what I see as hypocrisy in criticising one person, but not another, who are essentially doing the same thing.
