I disagree, Jeremy's timing isn't that great (seen multiple times when he's been out) but that's the least of his issues tbh.

Jeremy is appalling for a number of reasons. He's far too tall at 6ft 4 and far too skinny (If he weighs much more than 12 stone I'd be absolutely astonished). He's gawky, ungainly, his limbs are too long and consequently he's borderline impossible to teach. You rarely if ever see good dancers his height. He will never look anything but supremely awkward on a dance-floor.

After Iwan, he's comfortably the worst dancer still left - probably closely followed by Carol Kirkwood.
No his timing is very good. Like I said dance is so much more then timing, he is good on timing but has other flaws like you noted, just as Jamelia has the timing but no technique to speak of.

Jamelia is very VERY flawed in her technique, when I see an awful/ugly line or bad feet or the like I cannot help but say 'ugh', I did it more in her dance then any other, it was every move she made.

I agree with you about Jamelia in she is a far better dancer then most, but I'm afraid will find herself in the dance off again and again like a lot of previous celebs, because a lot don't like her .
Celebs can take that two ways either accept it or use it as s spur to improve enough to get better marks and not be in the dangerous mud section of the board. I hope she does the second as she has potential. She doesn't just have timing but musicality and performance. Her technic needs a lot of work but that's what the show is about.

I am sorry, but her dance did not have minor technical issues, it was very badly executed, comletely incorrect in every single step she took. Yes she performed it with her face, but I cannot even begin to say how many problems there were with her legs and feet, she never closed her feet, lockstep is called lockstep for a reason, you lock your legs together not gallop along, flexed feet, pidgeon toed, bent strange leg when she kicked it. These are not minor issues at all and it is just scratching the surface.

Daniel on the other hand performed a clean charleston in comparison.
For heaven's sake, it was her second dance and she is NOT a dancer by any stretch of the imagination. She is learning. She's an amateur and any kind of Latin movement is damn hard for a beginner. She has always said she has problems with her feet doing what she wants to them to do.

Give her a break!

I agree with your comments about Jamelia but O'Donnell has had nothing done to his face?! What are you smoking?!

It's very obvious that he's had plastic surgery! He's obviously had multiple Botulinum toxin injections and Hyaluronic acid filler treatment as he has virtually no dynamic wrinkles or static wrinkles on this forehead - impossible for a man his age.

I even think he may have had chemical peels, laser resurfacing and brow-lifts judging by his total lack of facial expressions. He has virtually no worry or laugh lines in the corner of his eyes. Moreover, he seems to have problems raising his eyebrows and when he does, the eyebrows rise on the lateral edge but not in the middle.

His teeth are obviously veneered and far too white for a man his age.

Would you like me to continue?!

Hahahahaaaaa! Love it! You are quite right of course. The face barely moves, but I love the detail. You're fab.

I love a really good belly laugh on a Monday. Bless you!

Ok, I have seen other celebs in week two who have never danced much better with no experience.

I was only saying these are not easy to fix problems by any means. Just giving my opinion on it, I wasn't surpised to see her in the bottom two for these reasons. Other people, I am sure yourself incuded have given an opinion on a dance/daner.

Ok, so I have to give Jamelia a break for her flawed dancing, but a personal attack on someones looks are great fun. Ok, fair enough.

You have very valuable things to say - there is no doubt about it - but you do need to have a sense of humour on forums and boards.

You also need to appreciate that others opinions will differ from yours and it may be exasperating, but that is the way life is.

It was a huge surprise to me because the spoiler I read had someone else in the bottom 2 alongside Iwan. 😮

Some posters have been like that for years and years. I've never seen anyone dragged off yet. 'All sound and fury signifying ......' you know the rest. Thank you Shakespeare.

If it all gets too much you know you can hide out in the NAT (This is Not An Appreciation Thread' thread. You've already found it so you know how sane we are

It was somewhat bizarre behaviour by Paace. It was as if he/she was personally insulted by what I said. Who gives a f**k?! I doubt O'Donnell would.

Plus, it's not libel or particularly insulting...because it's true. I've worked in the music biz for a LONG time and it's very well known in the biz that O'Donnell rockz the botox. He has done for years and years and years. That's why he has no laughter lines and no facial expressions to speak of! I know many people who've had lots of plastic surgery and they look the same.

I don't mind if others disagree, I do not mind at all! Its part of the fun.

Everyone can like who they like, just for me her dance was quite bad and I was just saying it how I saw it, no argument or anything. I know you have your opinions on the dances too and share them and this was mine on Jamelia these past two weeks.
Obviously you will know that timing is not really what will make you great, of course if other things are in place it is valuabe, but it cannot make up for poor technique.

Again I dont care if others like her or not, I just dont think I shouldn't say what I saw of her dance, especially if peoples looks are being attacked, at least she doesnt have to walk around with her dance on her face!

Literally LOL at that

Something about the Loose Women crowd attracts real devotion. I remember when Coleen Nolan was in Dancing on Ice *shudder*

Actually Paace reminds me of one the old ladies obsessed with Eoin McLove (Daniel O'Donnell parody) in the Father Ted episode - Night of the Nearly Dad.

Perhaps Paace wants to knit Daniel a jumper like Mrs Doyle?

Agree.

Jamelia has always said her feet are her problem from the very beginning and, since they are attached to her legs she has an issue there which she will have to face.

My sympathy with her lack of technique is to with the fact that she is not being taught how to correct her big bete noire.

Instead Tristan is covering her with bad flashy choreo, which isn't helping one bit.

Lordy, she was a nightmare! Mind you, she is still a nightmare

I never watch Loose Women because I work. I don't record it either because I am not particularly interested in what any of them think. Get a smarter, more intelligent bunch of women on there and I might.

I look forward to seeing Daniel wearing a cake jumper one of these weeks. BTW, no matter how bad he is, he will be there till almost the end. Mrs Doyle & co will see to it.

I thought her VT was one of the few genuinely funny ones we've had in years because of Tristan's faces but that was really the high point.

She was just ok. She has the issue though of not being amazing + not being that well liked before hand so it's going to take a lot for her to get the public support, I think. She has a very likeable pro at least.

I don't think she was one of the worst two but then the voting very rarely works out like that. She does seem to have a problem in the likeability department I'm afraid. I do think she has potential to improve, more so than the likes of Carol or Jeremy who lack musicality IMO.

I don't really know who she is, I don't watch loose women, and I don't much listen to pop music, I've only heard her name. It seems a lot of people don't like her for one reason or another and I must admit the silly girly giggle is a bit wearing, but I didn't think she was bad enough to be in the bottom two.

Jamelia had crazy legs and Tristan is too laid back in his teachings- 'oh oh so long as we had fun'. They should have kept Trent or Robin I told y'all but you said Tristan is cute blah blah blah. Jamelia was never going to win the popular vote regardless of loose women - who watches that shit regularly besides the OP NELLIENASH.
When I saw Jamelia added I did an internal *groan* as I was one of those that watched the Bear Grylls program where she was a right little madam. At that time I thought she would require a strong willed pro like Brendon (or James would have been fun!)." and When Tristan got paired up with her I did a "ruh roh, how's that going to work"

However from the limited coverage from training room that we've seen, I've been pleasantly surprised. My opinion was (and this after watching all clips on the website and all of ITT to date) is that Tristan has been pushing her and that she has been taking tutorage and also the judges critism with good grace to be honest.

She won't make the final or anything but I don't think she is one of the worst by far. Yes her legs were all over the shot in this dance but her footwork was pretty decent in the previous dance. Therefore I was a tad surprised to see her in the bottom two.

I am also surprised to see such negative comments about Tristan and especially comparing him to Trent who was so laid back as to be horizontal at times (in a lovely Aussie way) and Robin who is lovely but I wouldn't say he was more assertive than Tristan. I just wonder why there is a perception that Tristan is a poor teacher and what it is based upon?
